My husband, Adam, and I had the pleasure of working with Jim Gilday and his team to sell our home in October. Jim consistently followed up to make sure if I have any questions or just provide with updates even if it's a small one. This gave me confidence that I'm being taken care of and not just ignored after the initial contract has been signed.
Jim and his team made sure everything was smooth since the initial talks all the way till the closing date.

This guy has been harassing me non stop, calling me constantly, not leaving a VM, calling me back to back, and texting rude remarks about our listing. I would never use him, and have let everyone I know about his tactics. Very rude and unprofessional!!!
