Wonderful all around. Got a deluxe pedicure with regular polish and the attention to detail and level of care I received exceeded my previous expectations. Came in as a walk in and loved every second. Absolutely the best chairs in town, full recline and soooo comfortable. My new go to pedicure spot!Services: Foot massages

I had brain surgery a few years back. I just began walking with a cane this year. My right hand shakes and right leg barely bends and turns out. I've just returned to having my nails done 6 weeks ago and today. Both times I had Tony do my mani/pedi... Ok 6 weeks ago Tony was luck of the draw. Today I asked for him! Not only is he excellent at his job but he's conscious and considerate of my disability. Always looks after my wellbeing and helps me above and beyond too. I'm sure everyone that works there is the best , but Tony is over the top!

Such a great little place! We had a group of three of us in town for a girls weekend. They were so sweet and we had great pedicures. We would definitely come back if in town again!!

My friend and I visited two weeks ago. As soon as we arrived there was an altercation between what seemed like the owner and a customer. My friend and I were both taken aback by the way the owner was talking to the customer. The owner had scheduled too many appointments and didn’t have time to take care of the customer’s manicure. The owner actually blamed my friend and I, saying that she tried calling me to reschedule my appointment but I didn’t answer (she picked the appointment time for me AND when she called she didn’t leave me a message). Everything was worked out and the owner took care of my manicure. I wasn’t pleased with the cleanliness of the salon and I was disappointed by the color selection. I was also less than thrilled with the result of my manicure. My nails were uneven and the paint was streaky when she finished. Prices were reasonable.Services: Gel manicures

Hidden gem! Found this place on Yelp when I had a free morning and was driving around from place to place trying to squeeze in a manicure. After being turned away from two other places for not having an appointment, The Nail Spa got me right in and provided friendly service. I like having my gel removed while my pedicure is happening and they were great with efficiency. Loved my nails so much that I made a follow-up appointment a couple weeks later and they were running on time and got me right in and out! A new favorite. And affordable too!

I have been coming to Angela and Ya since I was recommended to them by my friend Jo. Since that time I have referred everyone I know to them and drive from Avon to come get my nails done and pedicures.I have been reading the reviews and feel the need to speak up and defend these two amazing people. First they managed to keep their business open during COVID providing amazing service with only limited staff. While they may have had to limit services, it to be able to maintain their dedication to the clients and provide the best possible customer service they can while maintaining costs to keep a business open. You may be there for a more than an hour but they proved the best pedicure I have ever had… I am a nurse and this is my treat to myself for all the long and hard hours I work and when I leave my legs and feet feel rejuvenated. Which is why I recommend all my nurse friends to go there. Also, Angela and Ya, take extreme pride in their manicures, whether it be tips, dips, gel, or regular, they take the time to find out what service would best suit how hard you on your nails. For me during the fall/winter I can do dip, during spring summer because I am harder on my nails and play in the dirt gardening. As a nurse I was praised for being an essential worker. In my opinion Angela and Ya were the essential workers. If they had not stayed open, I don’t know how I would have made it. The service they provided went beyond the nails and pedicures, it became a friendship that helped me make it through the height of the COVID pandemic.I will continue to support this amazing couple, because it’s not about the time spent there, it’s about the quality and the customer service.Services: Nail art

I made a reservation here for my friend who was getting married on Memorial Day weekend for 7 people and the staff offered exceptional service! They were quick, professional, and our nails looked great! Most of all, the Bride was happy!

I set an appointment here for a gel manicure. When I arrived (on time), Angela wrapped my nails in polish remover and foil. Then I sat. And sat. Finally after 45 minutes, I asked Angela when she would be starting on my nails. She started shouting that I could take the foil off, that she was doing the best she can, and that she was working on someone else and it would be another 20 minutes or so. I stated that I only had 30 minutes left available, and she said I have other options - that even though I have an appointment, I need to wait behind the other appointments, or find somewhere else to go. I have been going to the Nail Spa for years, but will never go back.Service: Gel manicure

I visited this nail salon for the first time Saturday. I was able to get right in without waiting. The nail tech Ha was sweet as can be but unfortunately I walked out of there with smudged looking wonky nails. I didn’t notice until I got home. Dip nails should not look like this.. for $50 I have already chipped nails just two days later and something wasn’t right with the technique because they shouldn’t look all rippled and messed up at the tips.Service: Dip powder

I started going here with a few of my fellow nurses a little over a year ago. I usually get a dip manicure and Angela has worked with me on making it last a long time with constantly have to wash my hands and use hand sanitizer at the hospital. Both her and Ya are amazing and super friendly! I usually get something fun completed on my nails when I go, and my friends get jealous. Definitely worth going to them!Services: Pedicures

We had a great family experience at The Nail Spa – mani-pedis for everyone. Glittery French tips, incredible nail art, gorgeous acrylics. The entire staff was amazing to work with, for us in on a tough family schedule, and helped us feel safe with their Covid protocols.

Our group of three felt very warmly welcomed. Everyone in the group was beyond happy with our manicures and pedicure. The techs were detail oriented and committed to providing high quality service. The salon was well-kept and clean, and customers and staff all abided by the masking rules. Huge selection of polish provided endless choices!

I normally am not one to leave a bad review but I am just in disbelief . BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD . I WISH I COULD FLY BACK TO GET A REFUND .It’s only been 5 days since I got them done (see images) . I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead for form sculpted nails because it’s advertised as a service on their website and Facebook. When I showed up I was told they don’t do sculpted anymore because “it takes too long” and he spent 5 minutes trying to convince me why tips are better .I just decided to get them anyway since I was already there and obviously wanted my nails done . All I got was square acrylics with gel on the tips .. nothing special and THIS is the results . I’m upset about wasting my money on what I already didn’t want and lasted less than a week .Services: Acrylic nails

BEWARE! UNPROFESSIONAL, INEFFICIENT, AND UNHYGIENIC.We called and put in an appointment for 5, and as soon as we walk through the door we see that there are only 2 employees and a young child. At that point, no concerns were raised. My mother knew the exact color number that she wanted, and was told by Angelina that they had it. We made very clear exactly who was getting what services. I have been here before and received stellar services, but it seems that staff has changed. Despite the time we reserved, thinking we'd been seen to immediately, I waited an hour. My mom got her pedi done, and was also waiting for an hour and a half.I asked for a very hard design, and I understood that it wasn't going to be perfect. I think Ya is great. He remained patient and tried his best, my only complaint is that he caught my cuticles a few times and it hurt. When Angelina got to my mom's mani, she could not find the gel color my mom requested, and she did not even bother to sanitize the workspace. My mom had to request it. She tried really hard to match colors, and we appreciate that very much and acknowledge that she tried. But when you're paying for something, it should be worth it. My mom clearly stated, "It's okay, forget about the color." Angelina replied by blaming the mismatch on factory/supplier issues. She became careless, painting my mom's nails in a hurry, missing large portions of the nail. Insisting that she could fix it, she rushed to try many colors and ended up putting 6+ layers of paint on my mom's nails. When my mom pointed out that she wasn't covering each nail completely, Angelina exploded. She began yelling, IN FRONT OF HER CHILD, saying that my mom was cruel, saying that she was tired, and her child was hungry. This was so so unprofessional. It is not a client's fault that you are tired, or that you brought your child to your business. If it is your business, you have the power to say, "Sorry, I can't take any more clients today."When my mom got up, the ridiculous amount of paint easily peeled off. Angelina replied, "You must've put something on your nails."Why would we? We came here willingly for YOUR service, ready to PAY you, why would we waste THREE hours of our day?Would you sit silent listening to your mother getting yelled at? I yelled back at her because there is no way my mom could be responsible for her daughter! Completely unprofessional. She told me that I have no right to yell at her, to stay out of it. As your client, how can you act as if you control me?Finally, Angelina even had the audacity to tell my mom to stop fighting in front of her child, when she began yelling in the first place.Ya responded maturely, apologizing. He thought my mom did not like Angelina, because my mom requested that he do her mani. She did this because she thought Ya would match the colors, since he did my mom's pedi.Save yourself, do not come here.Services: Manicures
