I cannot even give one star for them. Since 2019, they have been communication is zero to none, made mistake in taxes, did not file taxes on time, apply charges that are unnecessary. In addition, they are expensive. If you ask question, to give reason for charges they will send you legal letter.

Absolutely horrible service and shady business practices. Multiple errors were made on important tax return documents that they never corrected, and then went completely unresponsive for months. They have now sent us to "collections" for a bill we never received and services never completed. Do NOT hire this company.

Terrible place for business taxes or accounting services. Not responsive on emails or phone calls. I will be reporting to the BBB.

Normally I don't write reviews but my experience with this servicewas not as posted in other reviews .Their communication 0/5 - only via email and when you request information they don't get give you access to it .I would not recommend.

Terrible place for taxes or accounting services. Not responsive on emails or phone calls. Bills that should be sent out monthly for their services are sent about every 3 - 6 months. They don't even take care of their own bookkeeping.
