Drove for an hour to get to the Carmel, Indiana office only to find a sign taped to the door that says "by appointment only." This contradicts their office hours posted online. Grrr...

Horrible service. Can only move your investment once a month. That is total garbage. Shutting down this account asap. Look out for them. Phone service horrible, none of phone handles are educated in finances. MGMT was supposed to call me back two weeks ago. Notttt

Worst financial firm I've ever dealt with in 20 yrs in the business. Im sure they are great face to face and when you have your money with them but I can quickly prove you never want to give them your money. I have been working for two years on them and getting extreme run arounds and there is no accountability on the back side. Their culture is now thick with conflict of interest and shady business practices.
