My husband went into this store with a large heavy box. It had a prepaid label on it. The young man at the counter was very unfriendly. He acted like it was a chore to scan the package so that we could have a receipt. No “ may I help you” no “thank you”. A very unpleasant experience.

I was there today to mail my taxes to my accountant, and the line was backed up to the door but I stayed in line and there was only one person working there. The store manager. I assume the other people had too much fun fun at the Super Bowl and called in sick. I thanked him for coming in and he was very calm and helpful and knowledgeable and I just wanted to complement him.
