This is the only UPS Store I use. Very quick and efficient staff. Impressive customer service especially given how young most of the employees are. They go above and beyond for their customers.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at this store.Upon arrival, I observed that only one staff member was assisting customers, while several others appeared to be occupied with their phones. This resulted in a longer wait time for myself and other patrons.Unfortunately, when I finally reached the front of the line, my interaction with the assistant manager, was far from ideal. Their demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful, and they were unwilling to address my concerns. She shouted several times that I was being disrespectful.I expect a higher level of customer service, particularly from a member of management.

I went there for a notary service. The staff member that doing the notary shouted from the back: I am off! That stupid place is not where you should go for that service.
