I’ve visited this post office multiple times, and every single time, it’s the same frustrating experience. There are always 6 to 8 people waiting in line, and the post office only has one cashier working. This is completely unacceptable, especially during peak hours when the demand is clearly higher.
The long wait times are unnecessary and could easily be avoided if they hired more staff. It’s clear that this location is understaffed, and it feels like the management doesn’t care about the customers’ time or experience.
I strongly urge the post office to hire more cashiers to handle the volume of customers. Until then, I’ll be looking for alternative locations to avoid the constant delays and frustration.

The clerk couldn't have been more apathetic and unhelpful when I called about missing mail.

The supervisor, Patrick, was professional, and we were able to speak with him. He was courteous and approachable. He was great! The lady behind the desk, was not very pleasant. Maybe we caught her on a bad day. We had to speak with the supervisor because our mail delivery guy, refused to deliver a package to us unless we paid him $10 in “cash only”, but we would not get a receipt to prove we paid for owed postage. If this ever happens to you, I recommend going in person please.

This is my neighborhood post office and it is fantastic. The employees are friendly and always helpful. It’s a busy post office and they also have 24 hour lobby service if the post office is closed.

I got a failed to deliver email, saying my mailbox was full. My mailbox was empty, as was the lockers and the outside storage room for packages. I can in to ask about why it wasn't left and they where rude and hateful. The lady said I could come back after 3:30 to pick them up. So I went back around 4:30 and the new lady said no, I have to come back tomorrow... It's an 18 minute drive one way to get to this post office and they didn't even ask my name, could have cared less... Professionalism is non existent here and I still don't have my packages I've paid well over 100.00 for and paid for express shipping. Just mind blowing that USPS is allowed to treat people like this and withhold their items.

Just had a TERRIBLE experience with a woman behind the desk. I came in with my baby to mail some gifts and I waited in line forever. Understandable, it’s busy, but when I get to the front I asked the lady at the desk (short hark dyed hair) to borrow a pen so I could quickly address my package. She gave me a pen and told me to step out of line. I asked if I needed to wait in line again and she just ignored me and told the next guy to come up, and she was rude to him too. This normally wouldn’t be a big deal but I obviously had an infant with me and writing the address took about 20 sec, and the lady she took next had about 10 packages. Luckily the people in line let me go to the next available person, a guy with dark hair, and he was great.
But lady, I get you don’t like your job, but please don’t take it out on your customers. Literally no one wants to be there either, and you’re just making everyone’s day worse by trying to make the person with a baby go to the back of the line because you can’t wait for them to quickly write an address.

Used the self service option. Very quick to send a package.

Honestly would rate 0 if I could. The lady working the desk was so rude and had me on the verge of tears where I decided to just leave and go to a different location if that’s how I was going to be treated. I was totally fine doing what she was telling me to do but she needs to change her tone and attitude like give her a break if that’s what she needs my god.

These people do not know how to deliver mail worth a damn, and we pay these people with our taxpayer money. Their job is to deliver mail. I would imagine there is some sort of on-site training but the results do not show any indication of it. On top of that you can't even speak to a representative over the phone when you do have an inevitable issue with their "service." They sent my package back to the sender, and I can't contact him easily, all because USPS said I didn't live in my own home. This is not even close to the first time I've had major issues with USPS. Our taxpayer dollars are being completely wasted giving people jobs when they have no clue how to perform them. Not only is there service atrocious but I cannot believe the fact is that they hold no responsibility for their lack of action. I can't even speak to somebody over the phone when I call the branch that I have an issue with. Government efficiency and its finest. You are essentially stealing money from the American people due to the absolutely inadequacy of your job performance. Everyone who works at this branch should be so very proud of fine work they do. At this branch specifically and especially.

Debbie was patient, kind, and helpful to her teammates. The line was long, but it was during a peak time and their customer service made it worth the wait. I’ve never filled out a survey at the bottom but I knew I was going to before I was prompted by the receipt. Was somewhat shocked to see the poor reviews — truly believe people need to learn patience and reconsider what “long” is. There were plenty of self service options available.

Terrible customer service. USPS policy to charge $4 for tape instead of helping put 12 inches of tape on my return package, which was sitting on the desk right in front of the associate. Will not return to this location or any for that matter. UPS and FedEx are years ahead in efficiency and customer service.

Sheena was so friendly at first, but when I pushed her for solutions she got rude and confrontational. Consumers should never hear the words " I don't know" we should either be told the solution or we should hear " let me find out for you" or " I think my boss would be better to assist you let me go get them"
Chris ... Anderson maybe? You are the post master why does your post office have such poor reviews on Google? Have you checked out? How about you train your people properly on how to help the patrons of your business instead of putting them in a position where they are embarrassed in front of a lot of people because they can't find or properly articulate a solution to a problem.
Let's go! USPS we can be better than this.

The worst. The lines are long. The service is rude. You can change address on line but not at the post office. One person at the counter. Took an hour to make it through the line.
