The appointment was quick and easy. Doctor and staff were great. Cost of exam was amazing with insurance. The only issue was the cost of glasses with insurance. They were very expensive and I plan to buy online. I wish I could get a better price in store so I could assure proper fit. This is the problem with online purchases.

The optometrist is very kind and understanding. However, the front staff was very rude and condescending. He kept blaming me and my “lack of understanding” of my insurance when I said I was being unnecessarily charged. Turns out I was right because I was getting charged extra due to staff putting in the wrong procedural code. I had to go through corporate to get the issue fixed as the guy at the front desk was unhelpful. It is sad because I really like the optometrist, but I will sadly be going to a new location next time due to the rude front staff.

Literally the most unorganized office I have ever been to. My appointment was scheduled for 1:20 pm, as of 2:00 pm I am still sitting here waiting. Children running around, no explanation as to why I’m still waiting. Last time I come to this location.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Visionworks. Upon requesting assistance at the front desk, I was met with dismissive and rude behavior from a staff member named Adam.
When I asked for assistance with faxing important information, Adam’s demeanor was unhelpful and rushed. He failed to provide me with essential information such as a confirmation number, leaving me waiting in uncertainty for an extended period. When I requested his name for reference, Adam was evasive and unwilling to provide his last name, citing discomfort.
I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I received at Visionworks. It’s particularly disheartening because during my previous visit for an eye exam, the doctor was very kind and professional, which is why I returned to seek help with faxing my visit information.
I hope that this feedback prompts the company to address issues within their staff training and customer service policies to prevent others from experiencing similar frustration in the future.

I had a very pleasant experience. I encourage everyone who can afford to purchase insurance on their eyeglasses to do so. I broke my metal nose piece in half and there was no way to get it fixed correctly. As a result of purchasing the insurance when I originally bought the glasses, I walked out of the store with a brand new frame. Adam is the name of the associate who assisted me. He and the other staff members have always been professional and considerate of my time. Receiving good customer service from courteous and respectful employees is no longer standard. It’s a surprise. I suppose that’s why I’m posting this comment. Please keep up the great work.

Laura is just absolutely amazing! I was looking to find a new vision center due to unfriendly and unwelcoming employees at my previous eye doctor. I met Laura today and was blown away at how genuinely sweet and kind she was. I made an appointment right away and I'm so happy I made the switch. I'm excited to give my business to people who don't make me feel like I'm an inconvenience.

Overall experience was good. Routine eye exam, glasses....I give 2 stars because I called in to get more paperwork requested by my insurance only to be told that I had to come into the store to get it. I explained that I work out of state, and the agent told me that they are unable to email or send any prescriptions or receipts because of security......so I called the 1-800 customer service for Visionworks. They were happy to email the requested receipts to me.

If I could give them a 0 star review I would. I have had the worst experience with this visionworks. I went over a month ago and got a new prescription. It was my first time trying contacts. They have so many rules surrounding that. First, they didn't even have the correct contacts in stock so I had to wait almost a month for a contact appt. They suggested I don't get my new glasses until I get my contacts, so I currently still do not have the correct prescription for glasses or contacts. They said if it is your first time getting contacts you have to have a training appt. I know how to put contacts in and they refused to let me sign a waiver. The soonest appt they had for this was almost a month out. I had to cancel that one for family reasons and when I tried to reschedule they said I could only come in from 7-2 PM. I have work and can't take off so I said I couldn't, so then my new appt was over this past weekend. They NEVER once the 3-4 times I scheduled an appt told me a cancellation grace period. This past appt I knew I was going to be a couple minutes late so I called ahead. They told me I had 5 minutes after my appt to get there before it gets cancelled even though I was calling ahead to inform them I was running behind. They NEVER told me about the 5 min grace period when I scheduled any of my several appts I have had with them. When my husband scheduled our first appt with them a month ago, they told him there was a 10 minute grace period. Anyways, I went it and was about 8 min late and they told me my appt had been cancelled. They were so rude and unwilling to work with me at all. I told them I was willing to wait until a break in appts and they told me that wasn't an option. I told them I will not be purchasing anything from them and they said they would not give me my prescription info even though it is my medical documents. I had to specifically ask for my glasses prescription info for them to give me anything. They were not apologetic at all. They were so incredibly rude. I would not recommend any one to EVER go here.

I really wish you would tell people that the charges from buying contacts and glasses come up "First Impressions" we called a dental office also named that and have to find out from them that our charges for vison works is another company with that name. The dental office gets calls all the time for this. Let you patients know!!! That poor dental office!
