Poor customer service, I’m a tourist and they couldn’t sell me medicine with my passport, is necessary be a citizen to get a medicine?! Please, train your employees to be efficient

This drugstore does not answer calls! I have had a prescription there with the status of 'being filled' for two days. I have tried to call to determine what the reason is for not being filled, but you sit on the phone for at least 30 minutes if they ever answer at all! What kind of customer service is that?
Update: I wrote this over a week ago. Last week I picked up a much needed prescription which was short 8 pills. They told me the 8 pills would be there at the latest by Monday, Oct. 21. Today is Oct. 24 (Thursday). I have heard nothing. I am currently on hold and no one is answering the phone. Whatever happened to customer service??
2/25 ~ Just tried to call today about a prescription they don't have that I desperately need. I was on hold for over 20 minutes! The DO NOT answer calls! It's ridiculous!!

Pharmacy is terrible when you call they just put you on hold then hang up. I have never received a call/text when my prescription is ready. When I go in to check on it they tell me it was completed day that the Dr prescribed or still not done. I have also had meds be 10x more than what they would have cost if I ran my prescription through Walmart/Meijer. They are a disorganized, untrained mess.

Literally worst walgreens i have ever been to. Long wait times always for prescription pick up and vaccination. They are always under staffed. And ones who are there ignore you.

I don't know how to describe the telephone service provided by this pharmacy. Besides being terrible... it all comes down to the fact that it doesn't exist... don't even bother leaving your prescriptions because they never tell you when they are ready, nor do they answer the phone when you call.

Came 2 days in a row. First time waited for 10 min- told would be with me shortly but never came; Sunday came and saw 4 cars in line close to 1:30. Parked & walked in to wait. They had closed for linch. No hours posted on the plastic baracade barring access to the pharmacy area. Evidently they closed from the time I parked to the time they were to go to lunch. Inadequate staff who are stressed from having inadequate staff yo manage customer medication filling needs. Have to go back for a 3rd time in 2 days. Need to be open for set times all during the day- having various people leave for lunch but leaving some to complete orders people waiting.

Someone keeps trying to get a hold of me about something saying I complained to cooperate. I have no idea why they have been calling me and harassing me then while I tried switching to a Walgreens closer to me they denied my doctor's request to switch Walgreens. The last pharmacy technician that ran the Walgreens there forever I never had issues with now I'm getting odd and rude phone calls. I don't have time to deal with weird people from Walgreens trying contact me and say I complained about them to cooperate when I never did. Someone has been giving out my phone number but it doesn't justify why they are being rude to me. I just wanted to switch because I don't live in that area anymore and every new pharmacist I get from that Walgreens keeps giving me issues about a medication I've been taking for 20 years. Pharmacist act like they are doctors. I believe there's a giant difference between a pharmacy tech and an actual doctor.

The most ghetto Walgreens I've ever worked with. It is literally hit or miss if they answer the phone. There is usually one clerk working between the drive thru and the front counter. The wait times are absolutely brutal. Lord help you if you have a question or issue with your copay. Days of incompetence and failure is all you have to look forward too. This God awful location actually makes me appreciate my mail order pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy in town - avoid if you can! Slow as molasses, disorganized, and unhelpful pharmacy staff. Zero sense of urgency in filling needed medications. I have had to wait 30 to 60 minutes to pick up a prescription every time I have been here. HORRIBLE!

This pharmacy has gone way downhill in terms of their filling speed, drug availability, and most recently, their treatment of customers. I just returned to the store for the second day in a row after my medication was not available yesterday. When I returned today. I waited almost 15 minutes before I got help. The tech who checked me out has worked there for a long time, and is always nice, but both women I spoke to, the pharmacist and the store manager, were rude and disrespectful to me. If you have choices, like I do and will be exercising in the future, do not choose this location.

I have been sitting in their drive thru pick up line for over 30 mins. now.I am 2nd car in line.This is due to the woman in front of me decided she was going to transfer her script & have it filled here now.Instead of telling her she should come in to do this the tech is just doing everything she asks.I have witnessed 4 cars leave the line. Only reason I haven’t is because I’m blocked in.Very unprofessional.

So I place my prescription order at 2 am and get a phone call the NEXT DAY ( over 24 hours later ) to say we are in the process of filling your order. I needed my prescriptions this morning that's why I placed my order yesterday. Well Walgreens you finally did it . I'm going to Kroger.

This Walgreen cards you when you buy NON-ALCOHOLIC beers (0.0% alcohol content, Budweiser Zero). I googled it trying to understand why. It said that’s because they look so similar to alcoholic beers and the establishment might not trust their employees to always distinguish between them!
