Wal-Mart has made it super easy to schedule for flu, COVID, and other vaccines. Your appointment time is your appointment time, the paperwork is done online before your visit, and I was in and out in a timely and efficient manner.

The pharmacist at this location has been nothing but compassionate and kind. It’s been a breath of fresh air. This industry is struggling with staffing and of course that whole pandemic thing.

The pharmacist here thinks she can determine when and if someone needs meds that the doctor called in. This place is a joke and needs a whole new staff.

This Pharmacy is a well oiled machine. I have been a customer here for years. They are typically on time. They are professional. Lines are often small. Wait times are low. I am always treated like a customer. Not all places are perfect but this place consistently earns my business. Thanks to the Walmart Pharmacy staff.

Do not use WalMart pharmacy on 151 and 31 in Carmel. They can not figure out what to due to get your meds, if with FDA paperwork in front of them.I take a medication that is not used for a lot of conditions. Because of COVID-19 it is on a national back log. When I called to get it filled they said they would have it on Monday. They never called to say it was ready. So when I called them they said they could not get it until March. I told them the FDA had given clearance to use something else. I was told I would have to let them know what it was. So I found the name of it and called them. They said we can’t get that it’s not approved. I told them several times that it had been cleared for use temporarily by the FDA. I figured after all the education they had and dealing day in and day out with FDA medication, they would know how to get this info. However they just keep saying we can’t get that. So I went on line and found the info in less then 5min. I printed out the info and form that they needed to fill out and send in. I took it to them they looked at it and said we will have to talk to a district pharmacy manager because it was not an FDA approved medication, even though they had paperwork saying it had been given special clearance to be used. The problem was they could not just click order so it short circuited their brains. I asked for the papers back and that they send my script to Walgreens in Westfield.I went to Westfield gave them the paperwork and in less then 10min they advised they would get it taken care of.Update then the morons at Walmart sent it to CVS not Walgreens, I know they sound a-lot alike

They do not enforce mask wearing. You will see employees without proper masks worn. The whole place feels dirty and unsanitary and they never have any check out lanes available for quick flow. I would never recommend this Walmart. TAKE COVID MORE SERIOUSLY. WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC YOU SHOULD ENFORCE MASK WEARING. Terrible service. Terrible employees and management. It's embarrassing that you're can even mandate masks. I go in and see so many anti maskers just strolling around and even COUGHING. No wonder the store closed for a week!

Pharmacist was extremely friendly and helped me with an insurance issue I was having. Although I have had some wait times for refills which can happen anywhere (also I did wait until the last minute to call for the fill) I would say this pharmacy does a great job!

Not understanding these reviews, I have never experienced discrimination of any kind from this staff. Maybe, just maybe, the people on here with one star do not understand how difficult it is to maintain a pharmacy that fills hundreds of prescriptions (daily) as well as maintain the proper guidelines for filling. They are not discriminating against you for asking questions about your use with the drug, it is their job to not fill prescriptions to those with signs of addiction and other issues such as abuse.

Continue to hold their standards high and provide great service! The Pharmacist Kathy has continuously gone above and beyond for my elderly mother. Wanted to put this up here as it seems a majority of people with bad reviews on here only write bad reviews elsewhere, seem like they are a bit too entitled for a Walmart Pharmacy anyway.

I have never really experienced rudeness here, everyone has different personalities and everyone has good and bad days. I feel that they fill my prescriptions in a very timely manner and I like that they send me an email and a text when they are ready. Remember, you can not please all of the people all of the time period

The people that work in the pharmacy are very rude not all of them but a few at this Walmart. Also when you call to ask a question it is the same. Went in once to pick up a prescription and waited in line for some time, 2 people in front of me. So after about 15 minutes of waiting the person waiting on us said sorry we are now closed for lunch and shut the shutters without another word.
