I had an appointment for 4:15 and they didn’t start on my nails until around 4:35. I understand that sometimes shops run behind but I didn’t receive any sort of apology or notice of how long I’d be waiting. When I mentioned this at the end of my appointment the nail tech laughed in my face. My nails also didn’t turn out like I asked at all but the set isn’t bad, just not what I wanted. I used to like this place a lot but the customer service has definitely declined.

Ann did a cat eye magnet. she is so good at what she does and listened to my request and did my nails exactly like what I want it.

I have natural nails and the polish was thinned with acetone, I saw her do it. The polish lasted 1day and when I took it off my nails were yellow.i had to file my nails within a day because she left snags. I could do a better manicure myself but I thought it would be a nice pampering day…it was not. I had a lot of cuticle and calluses left also.

I was a walk in and in desperate need of having my nails reshaped and polished. I only had to wait about 10 minutes and the service I received was amazing. I will definitely be back.

I have been going to Van for years. I feel bad that I have never left her the review she deserves. Whenever I have tried another nail salons closer to my house and salons that might be newer or decorated better. But they are not the meticulous quality that Van and her sister Julie are (extremely talented) do and they’re fast too. I highly recommend making appointment because they book up the day or two before you need them. John, Van’s husband does nice pedicures when Van or Julie are busy. But for my dip nails? I ask for Van or Julie????
Requested style: I love my dip nails because they last and look natural, never thick or uneven. Great shape no matter what the clients preference is.
Cleanliness: Always tidy and the newest colors of nails and techniques
Stylist: Van?Julie and John for pedicure. John is typically managing the business and answering the phone. He’s got a funny sense of humor ?
