I went in for a car charger for my phone. Asked the gentleman working if any of the chargers fit samsung. He grabbed one and said this will work. He said do you have the phone with you. I said it is in the car, I should have broughr it in but of it isnt the one I will bring it in and get the right one. He said ok. It turned out to be the wrong one. I went in the store and told him. He aaid Oh yeah you have a C charger and handed me a different one. I said ok let's exchange this and he said Im sorry we have a no refund no exchange policy. I said if you have that policy than why didnt you say that when i bought it. I would have went out and got the phone just to be 100% sure. Legally they have to have a sign on the entrance door, a sign at the point of sale, inform you of this policy before purchase, and have it on the receipt. Either the employee is a liar or the store is operating with illegal sales procedures and if that is the stores policy they are thiefs. This use to be a njce locally owned business but it seems to have gone downhill. Go a quarter of a mile west and purchase from Casey's gas station and general store.
