Getting pizzas from Casey's in Cedar Lake is always a delightful experience! Whether their pepperoni, sausage, cheese, or ham and mushrooms (my personal favorite) their pizzas are always our go-to. Amy and Bill are always nice and friendly, and always make sure we get what we want and make sure pizzas are always on point🤌🏻😋

any time i pick food from there, it seems that the employees couldn’t be more inconvenienced to gove me my order. i just ordered a pizza & it was burnt, ruined & yet still delivered. on top of that, the kitchen staff has loudly complained about customers for others to hear. the kitchen quality has only recently gone downhill in my opinion.

ETA 5/24/24 - I have not ordered pizza from them since. However, I will go in during regular business hours M-F on occasion for one thing or another and the manager who is working is always absolutely amazing! Very kind, generous and helpful.
This is the second time that I have placed an order through the app for the store and this is the second order that they have screwed up. I placed an order for pick up a few months back and they gave me bone in wings instead of boneless wings. I did not fully review the order on pick up and did not notice until I got home. I called and complained and the best they could do was say that they would take my name and I would get a free order next time I would order and pick up. I ordered today for delivery as you HAVE A CODE for free delivery. I ordered a taco pizza and cheese pizza and wings. Upon opening the order, the TACO PIZZA WAS WRONG - like really wrong. Apparently, after tasting it, it has refried bean base but has sausage and onions and cheese on the top! what is going on? I called the store and THE BEST THEY COULD DO WAS WRITE MY NAME DOWN FOR A FREE PIZZA. This store is making money off errors. No refunds are available they said because they use door dash for delivery. This is ridiculous. Please keep in mind when you do any offers with delivery for this place.

I really love this store. They don't have a huge store, but they always manage to have what I need. Their food is always good too. I also love that you can order for delivery and it's not that expensive. The gas can be a little high, but since there aren't many options it is worth it. I do however do not like that they pumps are always out of receipt paper. I'm old school and I like my receipts. Everyone here is usually pretty decent and the place is clean enough. I'm happy to have a decent gas station close by home!

I order pizza and it said it would be ready by 520 and I am making this at 609 and I still don't have my pizza. The pizza was not even good. It was dry and not full of flavor. Worse service ever. I'd rather go to pizza hut.

Great Pizzas to choose from, never had a rude employee. Bathrooms always clean...
Parking: The one off of Broadway going into Crown Point is my favorite one .
Kid-friendliness: Yes, also greeting kids and everyone who comes through the door
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, I have even seen a worker help a customer with the door.

Just about every employee who isn't a teen trying to make a decent wage has unresolved trauma they feel appropriate to externalize onto their customers. Yelling over the phone, disregarding basic manners when shown politeness, lack of bare minimum patience and no appropriate sense of humility. Don't expect to leave this Casey's feeling good about humanity.

Do not buy gas from Casey's gas station unless you don't mind getting ripped off I bought 1 gallon of gasoline to put in my boat exactly one gallon I gave them $4 and it was barely a gallon of gas and they're charging $384 a gallon what's really going on here God if things aren't bad enough now our local gas stations are freaking ripping us off which it's about 425 a gallon supposedly only charging us three dollars 85 cents

Overall, not a bad gas station. They take Fuelman. However, they tend to close 3-5 minutes earlier than their posted close time and the new fuel pumps tend to be broken half the time. Then again, it's the lesser of the two gas stations in this town.
