“I visit this dollar store quite frequently sometimes 7 days out of the week. The main reason I choose this dollar store and not the dollar general my town also offers is the employees. Faith, Bianca and Racheal are always so friendly and fast. Yes I know their names because that's how often I shop here! But the main reason for my choosing this store is their employee Amanda. She is ALWAYS so friendly and so efficient. She will always go out of her way to help. I highly recommend this store to all my friends.”
“If this is the St John Dollar tree, The awesome lady that is working at 4:48 p.m. on March 21st, Saturday, thank you!! This lady helped me pick out balloons for my daughter and I have been going through a really hard time and she was amazing, I have to give a shout out for the people in the world that help out their community, and they have patience for ppl having a rough day, thank you so much!!!!”

“This is my favorite dollar store! ? I buy all my toiletries, snacks and food here. They have pretty much everything now even meat produce, vegetables and fruit.
Not to mention the staff is amazing! I have built very strong connections with each and every one of them. They are very friendly and helpful. :-)”

“Very friendly customer service. I have been here several times and every cashier or stock person has greeted me or asked me how my day was started a conversation. It felt like they enjoyed being there even though they were working. My only gripe would be the clutter every where from stock needing to be put away. It would be great if the DG stores did their stock at night when the customers weren't there”
“I try not to shop for things I don't need. We were going dor lunch next store and I thought I would check here for shorts. I was pleasantly surprised with their clothes selection. It was substantial with a variety of colors and a multitude of sizes. Their were more crop slip-on pants and althetic leggings, lots of tops, some rompers and short shorts. I came for shorts and left with 2 shorts, 2 capris, 1 pr of shoes, 8 tops, and a skirt for the total of about $100. I feel pretty good about it. Definitely a good haul in my eyes. One drawback....no dressing room(I just tried things on over my clothes in the aisle)”
“I know you can do better. The district Manager of this location should be ashamed, to say the least. I got sick to my stomach but I was determined to walk through the entire store isle by isle to witness just how bad it was. There were two associates visible who were not at all concerned with the condition of the store and because they stood at the front of the store talking and laughing like there was nothing to do. Even when I let out a very scary scream, neither one of the associates came to check on my safety another customer ran over only to find out that i saw a huge bug jumping around. I absolutely had to take a few photos because my words are just not enough. I am still in an attempt to speak personally from their Corporate Office but so far all of my attempts have been unsuccessful. I will continue my attempts to speak to someone who will be concerned enough about the photos and will look to hold someone accountable for this mess of a store. By the way, I did make a purchase just to verify my visit on 8/24/20225-Stats for the worst store in history.Note: I absolutely love shopping at "Family Dollar" it truly saddens me that this is the location I now live closer to”

“Stopped by this store yesterday and I have to say that I was impressed! In spite of initially having no power and cleaning up from the tornado that hit Indiana, the store was clean and very organized. I spoke with Assistant Manager Jim and I complimented him on the appearance of the store. You can tell that the store is under new management, because I was there about a year ago and it was a mess. Corporate please acknowledge these hardworking employees!”
“The staff here is so friendly. The store is always well stocked and clean. Rarely do I see one of the big carts full of things to be put on the shelf that block isles in most dollar generals. It's my go to DG.”
“Lynn is wonderful!!! I always have a great experience when I come in! She is one of the hardest working employees there and is always so kind, welcoming, and happy to help. No matter how busy it gets, she always has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to make sure customers are taken care of. “For the convenience and it is in our neighborhood. BUT ... they need to keep it stocked and clean. I was disappointed during a recent visit. it was cluttered. shelves were disorganized as well as refrigerated section. No shopping carts to shop with and store wasn't even full. no bags at self checkout. Poorly run. Landscaping looking beautiful though”
