My daughter and granddaughters visited from Ole Miss and I know they visit nutrition centers in Illinois and Oxford Mississippi. They have been back 3 times to visit Focus in Cedar Lake. They were very impressed with the hospitality , knowledge and most importantly the drinks. I’m sure every time they come to visit now, Focus will be on their list. So glad after living in Cedar Lake for 25 years we have these businesses.

Focus Nutrition is the best! The owner, Kelly, is knowledgeable and very personable. Kelly and her staff are very helpful with understanding the company and answering questions. This shop has a great atmosphere and has plenty of room with various types of seating. This makes it a great place to meet up with friends and enjoy a healthy shake and tea.
