Thank you Barb- I was a last minute fit in and never been here before. My daughters bridal shower was the next day and the girl who was going to do my hair tested positive a week before and then her child became sick the following week. My hair was amazing. I got several compliments. I'm truly thankful Barb did a great job. Thank you again.

HEAD GAMES SALON located on Wicker Dr., in Cedar Lake, IN is a great place to go for a cut. As this was my first visit to HEAD GAMES the owner (Barb) wanted me to be completely satisfied so started by asking many pertinent questions to ensure my final result. I started out at her station for an analysis of my hair, history of care & desired look. Then a trip to the shampoo bowl & back to the chair. She carefully layered my hair & gave me valuable tips on how to maintain volume while wearing a side part. The salon itself is spacious with many stylist stations, clean & inviting. The price point of a cut (without) blow dry was within my budget .. for that combined with customer satisfaction makes HEAD GAMES priceless in my book. Thank you Barb! I do recommend the salon for every member of your family .. pets aside. I am in no way affiliated with HEAD GAMES SALON as this is my own opinion & review.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a family emergency, and canceled over 24 hours prior to my appointment. The manager was rude and unaccommodating. She told me I would have to pay in full for my scheduled service plus a cancelation fee.I own and run my own business. It is crucial to be flexible and accommodating with your customers. They are the heart of your business. Without them there would be no business. Customer satisfaction is key to a successful busines. Would NOT recommend going here ?Services: Hairstyling

My sister went to this place the lady starts off oh my allergies are acting up and am crabby. Then dry cuts her 5 inches when she asked for a trim, then so called highlights her hair. Her hair looked liked a before pic not an after pic. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
