Would HIGHLY advise not using this place for any trailer work, can’t speak on anything else…..but if they can’t get a simple boat trailer correct, I’d be scared letting them tear into a motor, I’ll be toting my boat 1-1/2 hrs for any shop work from now on, sad when you live on a lake, with marine shops, but have to travel for knowledgeable marine techs

While the high school kids that work here are really nice and often very helpful. I would recommend using another marina. The owner and staff are quite rude and very professional. I can see why Mastercraft dropped this dealership

2022 pricing is ridiculous to launch your boat. Pricing for regular parking is ridiculous also. There is no updates on the docks. When the water level is low your boat can go under the dock and scrape the hell out of your fiberglass and damage it. They also do clean the algae off the concrete dock area making it dangerous. Why make people pay more if you have no updates.

Great place to have your boat in the water. Best boat launches on Cedar Lake. Has a real community vibe.

Brought my boat in for service and repair last September, they winterized it and called for pickup. I Asked the mechanic if he did the repair that I needed done, he looked at me like I had 3 heads. He had no idea what I was talking about , so I explained it to him and he said the boat was winterized already so we can fix it in the spring. I brought the boat back in May to be repaired, it is now July 6 with my family vacation coming up on July 17 and I still don't have my boat and can't seem to talk to anybody that has a clue! In Sept of 2019 I wrote a check for over $113,000 and have used this Marina for all service and maintenance work. I am a person who never writes a review, I never complain if my food is not cooked right or is cold, I eat it anyways! this is the most inept service I have ever seen and felt compelled to write this. If you plan to buy a mid $100,000 dollar boat I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. I can't even recommend Tige if this is what their dealer network is like

I had purchased a newer used boat and had brought it to pinecrest to specifically have the trailer and bearings looked at repacked or changed if anything looked wrong. I was very specific because I have had trailer issues in the past with a previous boat and I tow my boat a lot. They said everything was fine and they repacked them. I took one trip to northern Wisconsin on the repacked bearing and I almost lost my tire on the interstate. I pulled over at a gas station to see my bearing was burning up and had grease all over my tire. I called and they stated that I took a "pretty far trip" and asked if I hit any "big bumps". they refunded me 50% for the work they did but did not take ownership of any wrong doing. I would not recommend having your boat or trailer worked on by them.

Used to be good until they cut shore fishing because of crybaby campers. Would rate a 0 if it was an option. Owner has an attitude as well.

It’s a nice little area to to launch your boat and to have a picnic. The restrooms really need to be knocked down and new ones erected.I’m giving Pinecrest 2 stars because the manager was so rude and yelling at my daughter and I to hurry and launch our boat. My daughter was absolutely terrified because she’s trying to get acclimated to water and does not swim very well. So when a big man in a big truck starts screaming at her to launch the boat she was in tears. We are very new to boating and that is why we chose to pay for private launching.Well here’s what happened this past weekend and why we were a slow getting our boat into the water...We were very patient waiting for this gentleman to get his boat out of the water whose boat sank the night before. There were emergency ? boats there helping We felt so bad for the guy. Anyway, we were next to get in the water but as we were getting in, there was so much commotion and a boat was at the end of the dock broke down and couldn’t start. It was blocking our boat. My husband launched the boat and had to unhook our truck and then park it way on the back side of the Marina. So we were a bit slow getting our boat in.With that being said, instead of helping us or asking us if there was an issue, the manager just screamed and treated us like dirt. I’m sure he is well aware of the dangers that come along with owning a boat so in the future he might wanna be more be helpful
