I just came to CL Walgreens to pick up an antibiotic for my son who has an ear infection. They claimed it had not been called in. I called the med express. They sent it in again. I waited an hour which was almost quitting time and came back. They claimed they had part of his prescription filled but the antibiotic had been sent to a different pharmacy. Anyone with a brain knows that makes no sense. They told me to call my insurance. I called med express back and they confirmed again, it had been sent and they also said the insurance had nothing to do with it. I went back into the pharmacy and told the lady what med express said. She said “I’m not blind, I can read and it’s not in here”. Then she immediately says “oh wait, it just popped up, they must have just sent it right now”. I said - yeah, likely story. She says - oh, wow, do you work in a pharmacy. And I said, no, but I work in healthcare and I can tell that what you are saying doesn’t make sense. She goes - oh, wow.
Totally passive aggressive and snarky. Horrible customer service. She was clearly trying to send me down a rabbit hole for no reason other than she is miserable and can’t stand to do her job. How terrible to treat someone who’s just trying to get an antibiotic for their child who is hurting.

Terrible pharmacy services. The simplest issues go unresolved or have multiple mistakes taking weeks to get the correct med. Pharmacy techs are nice but the pharmacist is brusk and rude. Shouldn’t he be happier with the 6fig salaries Walgreens gives their pharmacists??

Has forgot to give me my bag several times now at this store… which means I have to get in my car, waste my time and gas to go back to Walgreens again…. This is not the first time he has done this. I don’t like to complain, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Management have a meeting and get it together ….
You might want to touch on employee hygiene as well.
I don’t want points added to my account for the inconvenience. I just want the customers service we as consumers expect!!!!!!!!!
Beware check your bags…..Management didn’t even call me about the items he bagged and left behind the counter.

Wish i could gice negative stars!!!ABSOLUTE WORET PHARMACY EVER.
Everyone absolutely hates their lives that works back there. They all have attitudes and are always WAY behind due to "calloffs" Most Saturdays they are closed due to staffing issues. It's an absolute complete job that a PHARMACY, That's what walgreens is cannot staff their pharmacy and get prescriptions to their customers in a timely matter. Would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

This pharmacy is extremely slow and also Walgreens never has my prescription in stock. Some of my critical medications are always on “back order”. I would strongly advise going to cvs instead.

This pharmacy is the worse. One person tells me 15-20 minute wait for a prescription that was called in 2 1/2 hours prior. When returning in 20 minutes, it still wasn't ready. Always a problem at this store. Won't go back. Prescription transfered

The Pharmacy techs are very nice but the Pharmacist is very rude and seemed to be bothered when asked questions or just filling scripts in general. I've been going to this Pharmacy for about 5 years but after this month I'm done. It took them a week to fill a prescription ive been filling every month for five years! Rude and incompetent!

They lie to you. Had my boyfriend go there for jumper cables, online it said in stock and ready to be picked up. He drove all the way there and asked an employee, and they said they’ve never sold jumper cables. I called to confirm the lady on the phone confirmed they do indeed have them and they’re ready on the shelf. A waste of time and gas to be lied to.

They open at 9AM NOT 8AM! They need to change their info so people don't show up at 8AMexpecting to get their Rx.
