“I was very pleased with this storage facility! Anytime I needed to talk to them they were very easy to get ahold of. I had no problems at all with the safety, cleanliness and they keep it plowed in the winter! The Manager was wonderful to work with and very professional and down to earth! If I ever need a storage unit again I will use them for sure! Christy”

“We were with previous owners before Miles of Storage took over. Our rent was initially $30 a month to park an enclosed trailer in a space, so when MOS took over it went to $35 which is not a big deal. But then some months later they had a fire on property now they are raising the rent to $45.00 a month. Alittle pricey.”

“I used Richmond Storage Facility for short-term storage (3 mo) as I was moving across state from Richmond for work. The managers were easy to contact, kind, and helped me set up quickly. The facility itself was also clean, easy to use, and had air-tight storage with doors that can be opened and closed without excessive force. Access to the site is done digitally— you do not need to meet an owner on site to begin service. If you are being reimbursed for a move, they also allow have convenient pdf downloads for receipts!”

“Clean storage unit at an affordable price. The only drawback is you have to enter/exit by getting out of the car. Jerry on the other hand was friendly to deal with!”
