“I used Richmond Storage Facility for short-term storage (3 mo) as I was moving across state from Richmond for work. The managers were easy to contact, kind, and helped me set up quickly. The facility itself was also clean, easy to use, and had air-tight storage with doors that can be opened and closed without excessive force. Access to the site is done digitally— you do not need to meet an owner on site to begin service. If you are being reimbursed for a move, they also allow have convenient pdf downloads for receipts!”

I had no problems at all with the safety, cleanliness and they keep it plowed in the winter! The Manager was wonderful to work with and very professional and down to earth!
