Exceptional experience because of Lisa! Got a little confused from the online process and Lisa made everything so easy and smooth and helped me finish the renting process without issue. 10/10 would recommend reaching out to Lisa if looking to rent a storage space!

This facility was easy to contact and work with. When I had an issue first time with my unit, they took care of the problem within an hour!
Then I learned that I needed another unit quickly and they took care of me in 10 minutes!!!

Units and property is always very clean and well taken care of. Customer service is top notch. They are easy to get ahold of and very kind and understandable. I always enjoy being able to speak to nice human people and not trying to communicate with computer voices. A++++

So far all I did was sign up and pay first month over the phone. The young lady was very helpful in comparing prices and checking discounts. Took payment over the phone and it was all very easy over the phone and by email. Now if the experience changes I will let you know.

As far as storage, access, cleanliness, and professionalism I've had a great experience. However, you are getting way too pricey. The cost of my unit has went up $44 per month in 2 years. I don't see the justification for the increases, nothing has changed to warrant an increase.
