The store is a mess! Don’t even think about getting a cart.
I stood at the register waiting because the worker walked outside to smoke. I had heard great things about this store but definitely didn’t meet that.

Christy and the other associates at this dollar general are such caring, warm, kind individuals. Doesn't matter of they know you personally or not. They treat everyone equal and from an outside looking in kind of view they maintain that same kind of personality. It's not a show, it's who they are. Great people and I'm happy their always normally as the ones doing the check long out.
They also always keep their store clean and organized unlike other dollar generals in the area I've been too..it's an easy 5 star rating for me, if I could give more stars I would.

My mom came in to a return an item (with the receipt) she bought the day before for $17. She spent an hour waiting, they kept telling her the item had gone on sale and they could only refund one penny. The also took care of other people while making her wait, wanting her to come back later. Very unprofessional. Took an hour to finally get a refund. Most ridiculous thing we’ve ever experienced!

Need to keep all self check out open since there is only one register. We don't have time to deal with a customers named Karen holding up a line over coupons.

The people who work here are Local folks who know alot of the customers. It certainly has a Home Town feel!! I love this Store they always have the shelves stocked with the latest goodies and groceries! I have been going since they open... I pass 2 Dollar General Store up to go to this Store!! Very Well Managed. Mindy is a Amazing Lady! 5 stars....

By far the worst customer service ever. There was an incident in January where my mom bought $60 worth of stuff but forgot to pay for a big lighter she grabbed at the counter. She was followed to her car by the store manager Mandy on E. Washington Rd. in Central Indiana, and confronted about it. when my mom offered to pay for it the store manager declined and called the cops and a police report was filed… A week or so later the Harrison county prosecutor contacted my mom. I am promptly called their home office and filled a complaint. Tammy the district manager contacted me as well as my mom and the prosecutors office drop all charges and told my mom she was free to shop in the store she then told us that she had contacted the store manager and told the manager mom is free to shop there. The next time my mom went in Mandy the gm and Sue just another employee made a big spectacle in a store full of people calling my mom a thief I’m telling her she was not allowed to shop there a few days later the cops showed up at the my moms door because Mandy had found more charges for trespassing. Tammy has not been keeping in contact with us like she said she would and nobody from the home office seems to care this is been an ongoing issue for three months. At this point I believe the general manager has went out of her way to make things complicated for my mom in her community and so therefore she lose her job.
