“My husband and I had Tom Brautigan as our realtor, and let me just say that we will certainly choose him again if we are on the market for another house! He is very detail-oriented and honest; he did not sugarcoat the houses we saw and made sure to tell us what to expect with the age and conditions of the homes. We started looking for a home around October 2018 (give or take a month or two) and Tom was with us from the very beginning--ALL the way to closing in late March 2019! Tom was INCREDIBLY patient with us as we had such a difficult time figuring out what we wanted, and Tom made sure to appeal to what we both wanted in a house. His strategy of showing us only four houses in a day and choosing our favorite for that day (and discarding the others) really helped us narrow down which home would be best for us. Additionally, when we thought we were going to close and received bad news that we could not at the agreed upon time, Tom fought tooth and nail to negotiate the next closing date/time, and eventually to get us our earnest money back (honestly I did not expect to get it back in the 1st place, but Tom surprised me!). Plus, he returns my texts/calls right away, which was helpful in calming my anxiety! I cannot express enough the gratitude my husband and I feel towards Brautigan Realty. Thanks to Tom and his team, we found our forever home!!!”

“I began at this storage for my daughters as it was close to my house and well they back in with momma after two months. This facility is beyond clean there is no glitches in the system I literally put my code in, than i am able to get in my storage unit.the units are clean i haven't had any problems with bugs or anything my stuff stays safe. The best think about it all is the property manager Tory is the kindest and most understanding man you'll every meet. He makes using his property worth it within its self . THANK YOU TORY!!!!!”

“Many moving company options with many different ways to calculate shipping and transportation. U-Pack is transparent, easy to understand and very flexible. Who knows how many pounds you have to move or how many LF you will take up in a trailer? No way to know this and it really doesn't matter with U-Pack. Same rate + or - your guestamate. And every person on phone or in person that we dealt with was very friendly and professional. I may have never wrote a review before in my life, but this service that helped us move across country was outstanding so I had no choice but to send a shout out to this company.
