He has worked great with our lawyer to help lay the foundation of our business and helped us through an IRS audit. Just to give you an idea with the audit, we ended up with ZERO findings, Yes Zero findings. For those of you that don't know what that means, we didn't owe anything to the IRS. That audit started in November and ended in April (this was also during the shut down, otherwise I don't think it would have taken that long). I would say that was impressive since most audits, I have heard from friends, take sometimes years. I would have to say without him, we would not be as successful as we are today. The fees are reasonable and I filled everything out online on my break at work so it's really simple and quick to complete. She got me back as much $ as possible.
