We live in the vicinity of this facility......we are downsizing and looking to temporary storage.......but the security gate has been open for the past 3 weeks. Soooooo much for being secure........we will take our money elsewhere.

Security is exemplary I guess is the one good thing but changing locks on my unit and then denying it , locking people out of the facility after 9:00 not useful , no office personel present for half or more of the day and the phone personel denied me that I had a unit couldn’t communicate adequately and was of no help wasted two and a half days before I could resolve issue including 6 trips to the facility that couldn’t accomplish a thing

Used to like this facility, but now that Public Storage owns it I am displeased and not satisfied... I can't tell you how many times my rent has increased over last years since they purchased it, but making my head spin and is ridiculous, especially when shopping for alternative locations.. as soon as I can manage I am relocating away from here. This last month it went up another almost 60dollars... Ridiculous...

Red Dot Storage seemed so convenient. We had two storage units. One had items stolen from it and even though we bought the insurance, they refused to pay us. We filed a police report. We asked RDS to pull up the camera footage that was 10 feet away from our unit. They refused and said that we would need a police warrant. We received the warrant a month later and when the police asked for the camera footage, RDS said that the camera was broken. The customer service was out of the country, so just beware that if you have any problems, you are on your own. Very disappointing! I lost my trombone I had since grade school , 2000 watt generator and $500 worth of hunting gear. We are not sure what else is missing until we go through all of our boxes. The insurance claim said we didn't have the serial numbers for the stolen items? Really, who has time when moving to write down serial numbers. I suggest you install hunting cams if you do decide to use Red Dot Storage.

Had an issue today with the door on my unit becoming jammed and Sarah came to the rescue! She was patient, kind and so helpful! We were able to get it fixed and closed before the storms rolled in. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness, Sarah!
