“I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership over the last 5 years(currently still have ownership of 2 of them a 1995 Chevy Impala and a 2000 Lincoln LS) and while some issues may have arised, that's part of buying used cars. I purchased my Impala with around 110k miles. I did research beforehand on the vehicle(like everyone should do) and knew transmission failure was common around the 120k mark. Guess what, the trans went. Is that their fault? No. I purchased my Lincoln knowing it has a plastic cooling system that is prone to failure and guess what, it eventually failed as well. Again, not their fault. This stuff happens when you buy used cars and can even happen when you buy a new car. Do your research people. They were open and honest with me about any known issues and even helped resolve them within reason. Do your research, make your payments on time and you're good to go. They've always been willing to work with people and I will go out of my way to defend them. I stop by there when I'm in the area just to chat with them because they are GOOD people. 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 would buy from this dealership again.”

“My son needed break lines replaced on his truck and wanted a new style muffler. They came recommended so I took it to them at closing Saturday. Then my wifes Van blew radiator fluid everywhere, smoked something fierce. I originally was going to take to Coyle where I bought it then thought best give these guys a chance. Both vehicles done next day at a very reasonable price (in fact I tipped them extra) and no phone calls saying .. we need to do this this and that as well... I will take my vehicles there in the future for sure and if needed I will probably get my next truck there.”
