The first time I went in asking for passport application papers an older black woman attended me, she was very kind. When I got home I noticed the application said they expired in 2023. So I returned to ask about that. Her demeanor completely changed, she got very loud with me. She gave me attitude saying “I GAVE YOU THE RIGHT PAPER”. I simply can in asking a question, did not need the attitude.

they ended up leaving my package at a different house since i was looking out for the updates and it said a package was delievered but nothing was outside, i ended up running across the neighborhood for the driver but he ended up being very helpful and even went around the neighborhood looking for it 10/10 staff it wasn’t his fault dumb neighborhood added the same house number so it was a mix up.

It is a terrible service, I lost a package, I went to the office twice to investigate and they never gave me an answer, only that it was delivered and that's it. To which the lost package never appeared

I wish I could give zero stars. I have fought with this office for almost 15 years because the carriers are lazy, deliver the wrong mail, won’t deliver the mail at all and refuse to leave packages. Then, when you into the office you are presented with immature, rude counter workers, the worst of them being the “supervisor” that is not in any post office attire, just shorts, a black shirt and hat. They really need a new postmaster who realizes that WE pay for their jobs, the least they can do it to attempt to do them correctly.

I Called about a package with a tracking number that seems to be forever stuck in Louisville. The clerk that answered the phone was rude and less than professional. Her words “ Nothing she can do, she just a clerk”. Very professional. Good grief must be a DEI hire.

Shipping package needed one 4" piece of tape to close box. Postal clerk was going to force me to buy a whole roll of tape. Few weeks before a different clerk was nice enough to provide tape. Won't use USPS again.
