Not this location’s fault - it’s the U-Haul cust serv #. Last-minute change in pickup location / forcing extra miles to be charged / had no choice but to except their extortion. Beware of “confirmation” trickery.

Amazing service! Someone failed to return their U-haul on time, so it wasn't available at my pick-up time. The gentleman here did everything he could to get us an appropriate truck.
