For the auto claim, he picked me up from the auto body shop and drove me across town to the rental car place, stood in line with me and waited until I was in the rental and on my way. A few weeks later, after a tree fell on our property, Tom came right over to our house to survey and advise. My neighbors thought he was an old friend!
