They charge you $30 for checks! No senior checking program. Checks are free at most banks. Also got charged $3 for a counter check so I could make a deposit for assisted living for my 80 yr old sister suffering from dementia. This why I don't bank with chase!

Terrible service at this location. Waited about 2 hours to be told they couldn’t help with my request versus telling me upfront. Recommend doing your diligence before visiting because the tellers and bankers don’t seem to be very well trained.

I tried 3 times calling to return a chase business account card left at my shop and they will not answer the phone.
