They need a better system in their pharmacy. There is more than enough room for 2 lanes for pick up in drive thru. Every time I go there's like 8 cars in the drive through. Even inside, you have to wait. Because then they got everybody catering to drive thru and only 1 person able to help the people that go inside and are in a line as well!!

The CVS store staff are always fantastic and helpful. The pharmacy is a different story. I pulled up in line in the drive through, I was the 3rd vehicle and no one was behind me. It took a long time for the first vehicle, then the second vehicle received their Rx’s and pulled away and as I pulled up they closed the window and put the closed sign up. I was in line way before 5:00. So I went inside thinking maybe they just didn’t see me in line. I was told that even if you are in line for a long time prior to closing and it hits closing time while in line you will not be served. Well lesson learned and it looks like I’m going to switch to a different pharmacy.

They lie all the time saying they have my meds and I show up and they gave them away to someone else. I waste so much gas and time with this pharmacy. Not only that but the pharmacist is rude, has no customer service skills. UPDATE: they still are doing this a year later..
