I think the bartender put the cereal bowl over her head and then cuts her bangs and she has an attitude I mean she has probably the worst attitude out of anybody that I know and I don’t like her, but there is a couple other bartenders there that are worth it, but the girl that’s there today is not I would just stay away today.

Great small town bat. Fair pricing and great service. The only drawback was it smelled like smoke inside.

Loved the $1 "Jello Shots!! Darts at $2 a game and pull tabs at the bar. Bar was, well kept, clean and spacious. Small time neighborly, feel, with lotsa locals and visitors from Chicago. Only suggestion, would be, to open front and rear doors, to alleviate the smelly, unhealthy cigarette smoke, that lingers in tge air and on your being. The air in this bar, is dank, thick and wants to make ya hurl? Hot is Not good, when drinking alcohol guy's?? FIX IT!

On Sunday, I was planning to drive back to the city but I wanted to use the bathroom first. I had my dogs with me. Obviously, we couldn't use a porta potty (they're always disgusting to start with). Not many other options. In Chicago, you can pretty much ALWAYS stop in with a dog and use the bathroom in a bar. Especially on a Sunday.I've never been told no. Not once.It was too hot to leave them in the car. This fat, rude, old blonde woman glared at us before we barely popped our heads in. She's like fisheye NO, and I didn't even say a thing.I asked if we could use the bathroom and she rudely says no. No reason or anything. I "we go everywhere in Chicago and never been told no once."I don't even drink, but we go to places for karaoke. When it's crowded, we don't go. That was a fair compromise for both parties in the city. When dogs are ready to go, they let you know. They drag you to the door.I train dogs, so...Her extremely unprofessional reply, "Well, you're not in Chicago, you're in Indiana." What a rude sow.Maybe THINK before being rude to people...? Because when you really make people mad, they make VERY sure to tell at least 10 people. From "How to win customers and keep them for life," a book I'm certain this broad never laid eyes on. Much less read.Listen to the comments and go elsewhere. The entire town is either extremely dog friendly or extremely UNFRIENDLY to dogs. For no distinct reason. We stayed at Reiley's Railhouse and had 0 issues the whole weekend. So, they know how to act. Better behaved than most people's kids (told that several times).Customers don't like being treated like children or talked to that way.No reason for it. Maybe learn some class. Must be a garbage bartender, as was also commented here. Probably the same "woman." Who doesn't act like one.If there WAS food here, they never mentioned that, and who's going to know on Sunday, anyways? Place was old and dirty looking. I wouldn't feed my DOGS there, anyhow.People don't forget. No reason to act like trailer trash.
