The service here is horrible! They fixed my car just for the exact same problem to occur and broke down on the expressway and they held my car for entire month without ever touching my car my car so long I just took it somewhere else. They didn't want to fix what they broke so they basically tried to hold my car until the warranty went out. I wouldn't go here! The mechanic don't know how to do anything, they are unprofessional and big slow scam of a shop. Save yourself the waste of time!

My car needed a whole rear axle break job desperately. Work was fast, professional, and quality. Which in my opinion are the three main core values in any business and this company hits the trifecta perfectly. In addition to that they offered something they definitely didn’t have to, offer a fair price. With today’s world and money becoming more and more tight all around they offered me a very fair price and I could not be happier.

I had a flat tire and Dave came out to help me change a tire and didn't even want to charge me for his service. I had it up in the air and lug nuts off. These guys actually care about their customers.
Dino the owner is a great guy. He and his team work hard to resolve issues with your car. Recommended!

I have been depending on Deano and his crew for years now, and they have never disappointed! Their service is top-notch, and they have always fit us in when we were in a pinch. This is an awesome family run small business in Chesterton and I would happily pay a little bit more to get their services, if necessary.Example: We were on the way to Florida and had some electrical issues and Deano saw us right away and fixed our issues so we could not miss our vacation.Another time one of the employees made a house call when our battery died in our garage.I’ve had my alternator replaced, my transmission replaced, tires done, front and rear brakes done, and I’ve never been disappointed. Service is timely, efficient, and always fairly priced.I cannot say enough good things about Deano, his staff and this establishment. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times. I have a vehicle that required a lot of TLC and was in the market for a small local business to support. I have a very limited income and have to be very cautious. I have to say that Bethany, Deano, and Big American HD (Dave - the tow truck driver) are absolutely amazing! 100% professional, great quality work, and very fair pricing! They just gained a loyal customer and I'm telling everyone I know!! I HIGHLY recommend!! Extremely pleased with the service I received!
