My stylist Sav was wonderful. She immediately took charge of my haircut when she knew what I wanted and executed it perfectly, even exceeding what I'd have expected from anyone! Thank you for always being reliable for my haircuts.

Very disappointed. I checked in online at Great Clips and arrived two hours before their posted closing time. Despite this, two stylists had already locked the door and were turning people away, myself included. They could clearly see customers arriving but chose to wave us off instead of communicating or offering any explanation. If the location isn’t accepting customers that far before closing, the app should reflect that — or at the very least, the staff should be upfront about it. This was a waste of time and incredibly unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location.
This has happened more than once.

I feel unwelcome here as if coming in for a haircut is a burden. Most of the staff are kind of rude and they don't seem interested in the haircut. It's not worth the cheaper price

Your experience will vary depending on who your stylist is.
My son had a head full of curly hair, and he was starting to get hot. He also hated having it washed, brushed, and styled. I knew that cutting his hair would be a challenge, so I made an attempt to do it at home. It wasn't awful, but it definitely could've looked better. I called ahead to see if there was any stylist who was confident about their ability to do a fade on a four-year-old with sensory issues. I was told yes, Amber said she could. I brought my son in immediately as a walk-in. Amber did a great job. My son was less than cooperative, but she was very adaptable. She gave him a toy to keep him occupied, and she worked quickly and thoroughly. I wasn't expecting a great outcome, but I got it. She did a great job! He has received numerous compliments on his haircut. I give Amber 5 stars!!! But...Great Clips only gets 3, because you never know what you're gonna get.

Jordan did amazing with my hair!! She knew exactly what I wanted with the length and I'm happy with how it looks. Everyone was friendly and the area was clean.

Worst haircut experience I've ever had at a Great Clips. The hairdresser rushed my trim and even after voicing that it needed more work, I left with a choppy, unfinished, and embarrassing mess. I was probably in and out of there in 10 minutes, I don't know why it was rushed so badly it wasn't even busy and there were 3 hairdressers in. Never again.

Dana always gets me my perfect haircut! Great lady! She always compliments her coworkers. Brings everybody up! All the girls there are always super kind and do a great job from checking in to checking out. Very clean. I always a fun time and laugh alot with all the ladies! You can tell it's a great shop of friends. Highly recommend!
