“We were on vacation for a few days at Indiana Dunes and I needed a gym. They offer an affordable day pass option and the trainer, Zack is awesome. Zack not only showed me around the gym and made sure I had everything I need, he gave me advice on top spots to visit, the best beaches, restaurants and was such a genuine person to talk to. Zack made me feel at home in the gym and welcomed to the area. If you're on vacation, this is a great spot to get your gains before hitting the beach. If you live in the area, this is probably already your friendly neighborhood gym. Thanks Zack!!!”

“I travel quite a bit & use many different fitness centers. This center is the best I've been to. The staff are good. I like the small size of the gym. I like that cell phones are not allowed to be talked on while working out. I think the mens sauna is great now that they have adjusted the heat up some (Thanks Ken). I like the clothes spinner in the locker room & the towell service option. Id give the place 6 stars if possible.”
“The staff are super friendly. I went for a cultural circle dance class on a Tuesday evening, and the class members were so kind. One of the staff even dropped in for a few minutes to join us and show us some of her moves.”
