Sept 2024- I had some fender damage and once again I took my car to Haines Quality Collision Service in Chesterton. They made my car look like new! Service is excellent, fast quality work, and reasonable price!
A few years ago, I had a branch fall and damage the roof of my car. I went to Haines Quality Collision Service and they took care of it.
Great service, great price, excellent work, and very quick getting my car back to me! I am very grateful to have such a great company in Chesterton, Indiana!

I don't know about their prices- this was mostly covered by insurance, but state farm recommended them, so they're probably good priced. Did a good job on our dodge- would definitely recommend. They did it in good time, too.

I would like to state that I gave a 4 star because I don't ever do 5. The one down fall was that they said they would contact me but I don't know what happened but I would have to call to follow up with the repairs which wasn't a big deal to me. I was in a front end collision durring winter and went to gerber upon several recommendations to get the work done. They could not get a part that they needed because it was backordered and wouldn't look into anything that I had recommended getting. 4 months after the accident I was in dire need of getting the car fixed. And gerber was clearly not caring to help or intrested in doing it, so I looked up other places around here and found Haines! Within the week of my calling if they would do the work I got in for an estimate. A few days later they said they could get every part within a week in a half. So 2 weeks after going there (that took gerber 4 months) my car was in. Don did an amazing job! Finished in the timeline he gave me and even worked with changing a small deatial later on. His receptionist was always so kind and always took the time to get me a solid answer and Don always let me know what was going on durring it. I highly recommend them for any work you need. They are fast and great to work with! If I ever need work done again I am returning to Haines!

I’ve used Haines Quality Collision Service several times to get my cars repaired. The bodywork, painting, trim installation, everything was done with great care and skill. Don Haines, the owner, is an honest gentleman and quality person who always meets my needs and expectations. He is very accommodating in regards to my schedule, so the job is done when it needs to be. Not only is the work superb, but the prices are reasonable with no surprises. I will never go to anybody else.

Don turned a bad experience into a much better one. Had damage on my Corvette from hitting a random object on the interstate. I researched who had the best reviews and results. Haines Collision has em all beat by a long shot! He did an incredible job on my baby. Done exactly in the time frame promised and looks as if it never happened. He communicated with me throughout the process which was important to me. Came back fully detailed and he went the extra mile and dropped it off at my home while I was at work. Don’t fall for the smoke and mirrors of the other competitors…Don Haines is the real deal!

Had some carbon parts for the Ducati 916 painted to match and a small dent repaired on a heavily curved part of the tank. Took a little while, over winter no rush, but it all came back looking perfect. Price was fair enough, good shop, no complaints.
