Hello Karen,I am sorry for your circumstances.You have had my two watches for repair for 3 YEARS, since the Fall of 2020!I request that you ask a friend, neighbor or relative or someone to open your shop by appointment for 5 minutes so I can pick them up as is.Spend the 30 seconds to ask someone to “ just take care of it” and you will feel better that you honored your commitment.I do not want them repaired. I adore this lady. We hadn't known each other long before she got her diagnosis and as woman who could very well go through this myself someday, we had a moment together. I hugged her and told her it was going to be ok. I left my watch with her which is still there and it's ok, I'll get it back when she's well. I sent her a card to the shop letting her know I'm thinking about her and wishing her well, Gizmo too It saddens me to see all the terrible things people are saying on Google and Yelp about someone literally fighting for their life while y'all are worried about a material item. This store and its owner are one of the gems in our community. We have been loyal customers for decades and the work, attention to detail, and professionalism are unsurpassed. When the owner had a life-threatening illness, the business went on hiatus, but as soon as she was feeling able, she contacted me and arranged for our antique clock to be picked up. It works better than new and reminds us of the long-term value of shopping locally among people who have become friends.

Dropped off a cuckoo-clock back in March 2022 it is now April 2023 and I can't reach anyone to get my clock back. I know she's having health problems but why won't a family member start returning everyone's personal property?

Have used them in the past but in December 2021 dropped off a watch and no response about status. I finally got ahold of someone in May and was told she was having health problems but was working on stuff as she could (I completely understand that). Now when you call the number is disconnected and at this point I just want the watch back because it has sentimental value.

Dropped off family clock for repairs back in Sept. 2021.Still haven't got it back and they won't return calls.Going to end up taking them to small claims court.Anyone else having the same problems should also take them to court!

Have had our clock since February, can't get return calls. Would not recommend this business to anyone. If this business can not perform the required service's, it's needs to close.

I was very disappointed with them, she had my watch for over 19 months, it was not repaired and I had a very hard time getting it back. Repeated phone calls and visits with no results. I indicated that I would use other means to get back, the threat worked and I did get it back. Very very disappointed
