“Staff was awesome. I showed up a few minutes before they opened and they took me right in. Got me in and out in a very timely manner being very professional and courteous.”
“Matt is always polite and straight forward. Explains what needs fixed and how it was effecting the car/what I heard/saw to bring it in. Most importantly, fixes the problem. (The dealership 'fixed' the same problem more than once and never actually fixed the problem). I tried MTI when discount tires referred me to them for alignment after buying tires. Had them look for that problem while there and they actually found the problem and fixed it. I've gone back quite a few times now. Cheaper than dealerships that's for sure, and have always fixed the problem. They also check up with you a couple days later to make sure it's all good. They get you in pretty quickly for an appointment as well. All in all I recommend.”
“They had amazing customer service and support— I have a rare car and they had my parts in the next morning and did the work in 25 minutes so I could get to work on time!!!! They were very friendly, sincere and helpful. definitely reccomend!”
“Tim must be a man of God: My daughter was home from college for the weekend with what we thought was a slow leak in her tire. It was important to Tim to squeeze us in and get her car safe to drive back. Upon inspection they couldn’t find anything wrong, but swapped the valve stem just in case, cleaned up the rim, and checked all the other tires— no charge. This is why we trust Levin and bring all our cars here for years. Thanks, Tim! Have a blessed day! ❤”
“Always friendly, quick, and thorough. Manager always feels like an old friend! Besidrs the regular high mileage oil change, had the power steering flushed and filled, only had 135K on it, was due.”
“Very honest and quick and easy place to go to. They only want what’s best for your car and don’t charge and arm and a leg in doing so. 10/10 recommend coming here!”
“I was in town visiting for a week when my parking brake got locked up & stuck on. It was the day before Thanksgiving, and they were able to fit me in, diagnose the issue, and get me back on the road on the same day. They did all this with a smile on their face despite the curveball right before a holiday. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you Brown Tire!!”
“I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, Christian and Jacob were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They explained everything they were doing, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need.
The service was fast, efficient, and they made the whole process easy while still paying attention to every detail. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.
If you’re looking for an honest, reliable place to get your oil changed, I highly recommend Take 5. Huge thanks to Christian and Jacob for the outstanding customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back!”
