They done a great job. and I Absolutely love this post office but I will save this and have nothing to do with them but whatever that call service they use their AI agent if anybody in the US is reading this call me I’ll be happy to help you with a more suitable solution than what you’re using because truth be told if I could’ve got through them through my phone I got my hands crossed that AI agent I’m not Incriminate myself that is a terrible terrible solution and you need to change it. I swear I’m almost had a stroke and had to go to the emergency room. Just trying to talk to somebody at the post office that should not be the post office. The people who worked there and the public deserve that I hope that someone higher up in the post office is reading this. We deserve better do something about it to charge the fortune in the mail or something then put on money to something that actually matters and help us get a hold of an actual person.”
“I went in today to ask for help finding a missing package. Marion at the front counter was very kind and took all my information to forward to Rhonda (the person who handles missing mail). She made me feel as if my issue was important and explained how the missing mail process works. I appreciated her help. Now...hoping Rhonda can work some magic and find the package ?”
