DONT GO TO PRO NAILS IN CHESTERTON my daughter went in to get some longish nails and she told the guy what she wanted he proceeded to cut them down to what ever length he wanted then when my daughter made a comment about how she wanted them longer he cut her nails all off very rude and cut her real nails down to the skin and told her to go soak off the glue and then put her in a different chair and proceeded to do someone else’s nails. That was very unprofessional. Don’t give your money to people that treat there clients so poorly!!!

I usually like my nails when I leave here. I have gone here 5 or 6 times. Last time I went was a week and a half ago. By the time I got home one nail was already broken. Two nails have chipped. The nail tech also cut me 2x and when I asked for my cuticles to be cleaned up she said it was $10 extra. That is ridiculous. Not sure if I will be going back.

This isn’t my normal nail salon, but I had some time to kill while in Chesterton, So I gave it a shot. I was very satisfied with their service. My nails look great, and they quickly finished because I was on a time limit. I would definitely go again if in town.

I was personally happy with my nails the first time I got them done but my daughter got gel on hers and the girl buffed them down so far they were puffy and sore. We went in a second time and I again was very happy with mine. We both had different girls, my daughter again got gel and it only lasted a week. $30 for a week of gel polish! Last time her fingers were sore but the polish lasted a few weeks, this time not sore but polish lasted a week.

Terrible experience asked for a pedicure with a very simple design, literally white nail polish with a black line and was told multiple times they can’t do it unless they do know chip, which I have had plenty of pedicures with a nail design without getting chip. The color is uneven, the design smudged, the pedicure itself was not good

Got a mani/pedi pink/white powder by Vincent and Tony when I say the service was outstanding I did a walk in and felt soo relaxed they can just have all my money I’m stuck here lol

Ugh. The worst. Where to start? Basic acrylic fill took an hour and 45 min. Tried to over drill my beds. Insisted on cutdown and full set. I refused. So I decided I just wouldn’t go back.. BUT now, less than a week and they are chipping and peeling. GROSS.

My mom has been a regular here for YEARS! I pamper myself a few times a year and really enjoy doing it at Pro-Nails! Staff is very friendly, funny, and talented!
