I have shopped at both Jewel and Strack's for as long as I can remember. I have to say that Jewel is much better overall than Strack's based on quality, cost, sales, variety, and many more BOGO offers. For example, I'm looking at this week's add and can only find one BOGO at Strack's. Entenmann's mini muffins. Jewel's add this week includes more coupon items and BOGO offers in every department...over 400 items! I often save around 50% shopping at Jewel.

List sale items they dont even offer to get you in their door. Also put wrong size items in sale spot so you will be charged full price for incorrect weight item(s).
I'll shop elsewhere!

Their deli, and bakery are amazing, the sushi selection is always fresh and it's very good, the fresh fish section where they cook meals of fish, and shrimp is very good too.

They have only a few organic veggies. Lots of foods that say they are healthy choices but none are organic and are all processed foods. Garlic grown in USA was allready sprouting.

Extremely unhappy with this store !!!
I went to shop here with my husband last night and it was very busy only two checkout lanes were open for a longgggg time ! Finally when two more were open the cashiers did not say something to the “next in line “ and a bunch of people who had just gotten in line flew over and got into these checkout lanes when they hadn’t been waiting at all !!
We used to go to another grocery store in town but switched because we like some of the variety at this store but if the checkout lanes are going to continue to he suck a joke we won’t come here anymore !
I’m going to write this review and call the store if the problem doesn’t get fixed immediately I will start complaining to corporate !
Also one of the employees as a bagger was goofing around and chatting nonstop with the cashier it didn’t surprise me that when he jumped on a checkout lane it didn’t suprise me that he didn’t care about who was next in line !

My favorite store to get fried chicken!
The fruit and veggies are the freshest store bought around!
The shampoo section needs to add more ethnic products so I don't need to take multiple trips in one day.
I love that they still have the kids toy quarter machines in the entrances.
HOWEVER, they need to have better standards on them. Inappropriate items are being sold and the items are not the same as the pictures.
When questions are asked to mangers, I am informed that they don't have the answer. Keeping all employees informed on how things work besides just their department will help the quality of the store. By making the employees more knowledgeable, it will help both the store and the persons working.
Please fix!

Though it was clean and fairly well stocked. The staff fails to understand the concept of customer service. It was as if every single employee was miserable and didn't want to be there; but you fake it and you don't ignore customers when they speak to you. I can go to any grocery store. I chose to come to your store which pays your checks. Rally together, cheer up!

Went to Stracks today to get an avodocado for dinner and this is what it looked like not even an hour home from buying. Do better on your produce with removing and replacing old and new stracks! Unreal. Florida Avocados

Their weekly flyer touts a great steak sale for Fathers ‘ Day -go in the store about 2:30pm on Saturday and the butchers’ dept is closed - sorry but we had to - couldn’t get the help - well then get Mr Strack or Mr Van Til to come in and cut meat rather than screwing up a bunch of Dads’ Sundays - give me a break are you in business or running a hobby?

Very friendly staff here. The fried chicken in the deli is delicious! Their app for the rewards and coupons is awful, but that's not the store's fault. I'm still hoping they fix it....
