I have lived in Alaska, eastern TN, and I can say that was the best Taco Bell I have ever eaten. I ate it around 3:50-4pm. Amazing!!! ? The crazy part is I had it delivered through app…. HOW was that so fresh!? ?I ate the stacker with creamy jalapeño (like quesadilla) and a Grilled Cheese burrito with steak. Yum! ?

No black beans on my black bean chalupas (ordered with no lettuce sour cream or cheese, add potato) which is the protein and in the name, and GrubHub refuses even a partial refund. Don’t order this place through GrubHub unless you’re okay with them keeping your money when the store screws up.

Firstly, the staff here is generally really kind, and I have never had a poor experience with anyone working at this location.However, I have some issues that must be addressed;Prior to my diet restrictions, I could have gladly eaten whatever protein was wrapped in the tortillas ensconced in the bag.NOW, I can't really have the beef and have to change it to chicken. This is where the problems begin.The difference between beef and chicken is an additional dollar, almost. So I'm paying extra, for *food my body can process*. Lately? Not once has that switch been honored. For the last few months, I have been burned by biting into beef every time I swap for chicken. Ultimately, I then end up giving my food away because I cannot eat it, and go hungry since I already spent my allotted budget for this food and can't spend more money somewhere else without tipping the budget for our family of 7.I get the wrong food all the time, and while I used to not care, I have to now. I could choose to not order here but realistically I'd rather management read this and ask employees to be more observant of the protein choice.I see some other reviewer decided to just get angry about it but we are not all like that, some order an alternate protein because they *have* to.Respectfully, please don't starve your customers. I *can't* eat the beef. I've probably paid for a whole pack of chicken breasts by now in the number of times the chicken I ordered was nowhere near my meal, since sometimes I'd have to swap it on two or three items, resulting in an additional $3, only to bite into the one no-no food I will actually get sick from. ?

The kids that work there on night shift smoke too many joints and are rude and make terrible food and forget half the order 90% of the time. CHECK BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF! Update: Day shift made it right, (this most recent time) and made good food. Night shift does this a lot, so the stars aren't changing.
