“Took vehicle in for a front end alignment and technicians doing job found that that 2 of my tires were NOT balanced and rebalanced my tires that I had installed 2 days prior. Would return for any future repairs needed on my 2014 Equinox.
Also took my 2016 Ford Edge Titanium in for new tires and tire air pressure sensors and a 4 wheel and found very little wrong with alignment after new tires installed. Great price on the new tires and tire pressure sensors and they beat Discount Tires quote. Thank to my advisor Dave and the technicians who worked on my vehicles.”

“Matt is always polite and straight forward. Explains what needs fixed and how it was effecting the car/what I heard/saw to bring it in. Most importantly, fixes the problem. (The dealership 'fixed' the same problem more than once and never actually fixed the problem). I tried MTI when discount tires referred me to them for alignment after buying tires. Had them look for that problem while there and they actually found the problem and fixed it. I've gone back quite a few times now. Cheaper than dealerships that's for sure, and have always fixed the problem. They also check up with you a couple days later to make sure it's all good. They get you in pretty quickly for an appointment as well. All in all I recommend.”

“I will start by saying, I never leave positive reviews for anyone and rarely complain in a public forum either. However, on Saturday 08/08/2026 I was traveling from my home in Illinois to the lake in Michigan when I had a blow out on my boat trailer. I replaced the tire with the spare and carried on. To my surprise the other tire was losing steel belts and the tire was ready to blow out as well. At approx 4pm CT I contacted a Discount Tire, after calling all over the place, in Portage, IN. Your sales associate Christopher A, was MORE than exceptional over the phone and let me know that they were there to help once I got my trailer to them. I was 20 mins away and only 30 mins from closing and they still gathered their team to help get me back on the road. I only use Discount for all my tires, but ever still, I likely will never find myself near that location again. This is just confirmation of why I use Discount exclusively for my tire needs. I have been in the retail business for 25+ years and the level of customer service I received that Saturday, when I know they wanted to leave, was above and beyond the best I have ever received.”
“Tim must be a man of God: My daughter was home from college for the weekend with what we thought was a slow leak in her tire. It was important to Tim to squeeze us in and get her car safe to drive back. Upon inspection they couldn’t find anything wrong, but swapped the valve stem just in case, cleaned up the rim, and checked all the other tires— no charge. “I was in town visiting for a week when my parking brake got locked up & stuck on. It was the day before Thanksgiving, and they were able to fit me in, diagnose the issue, and get me back on the road on the same day. They did all this with a smile on their face despite the curveball right before a holiday. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you Brown Tire!!”

“The techs were very friendly and knowledgeable, but the reason I did not give five stars is because the time it took for the service seemed a little long. I had the appointment scheduled at 9am and it took until noon for the service to be complete. Also because the website would not give an estimate or price range for the service.”
