“Took vehicle in for a front end alignment and technicians doing job found that that 2 of my tires were NOT balanced and rebalanced my tires that I had installed 2 days prior. Would return for any future repairs needed on my 2014 Equinox.
Also took my 2016 Ford Edge Titanium in for new tires and tire air pressure sensors and a 4 wheel and found very little wrong with alignment after new tires installed. Great price on the new tires and tire pressure sensors and they beat Discount Tires quote. Thank to my advisor Dave and the technicians who worked on my vehicles.”

“After driving my Subaru Outback on a gravel pathway, I found my front left wheel was making an ear-piercing screech. As a precaution, I brought it into Valpo Auto & Transmission to see if they could diagnose the problem. Within 24 hours of bringing my vehicle in on a busy weekday, the mechanics already went through it and found it was most likely a rock wedged within the rotor. While the fix was very simple compared to working with engines and whatnot, the exceptional customer service between communication and efficiency of getting my car in, especially during a very busy weekday, is some of the best service I have received. While the job could've easily been pushed back, the genuine care in such a short time frame is some of the best customer service I have ever recieved.
