Update-**Owner contacted me and handled this very professionally. I was very impressed with his concern over this matter and addressing the situation **Just went in there to send a packet and the older guy working there was extremely rude to me for no reason. The few questions I asked, he literally laughed at me, ignored my questions and made me feel stupid. I’m sorry sir, you work there and this is your job. I was pleasant and polite the whole time, I deserve to be treated with some respect. Super disappointing.

The gentleman that helped me with my package was very very pleasant the other girl cashier was very nice and I noticed the other customers also. My receipt says Jay was my cashier and he was a very very pleasant man helpful in every way he could I give him 11

They advertise having a notary available but that service is hit or miss depending on whether their notary shows up that day. Furthermore, the one guy working the desk was rather rude about it.

Package was sent to this store to pick up and the ups policy states it has “up to 7 days to pick up before being returned to sender” I show up on the 7th day and my package is still at the store and they refused to give me my package. Talked to the owner the next day and still refused to let me pick it up or ship to my home even though the package was still in there possession. Very unprofessional.

I understand it’s the holiday season but if I’m nice and kind to you, don’t be rude and talk loud to me in front of the whole store because there’s a lot of people. Jay K needs to learn patience. I waited more than 20 minutes for my turn in line and I had no problem waiting because I knew it was busy and he was alone, but as soon as it was my turn he got frustrated and raised his voice with frustration. Completely unnecessary.

I've done multiple Amazon returns here both through the staff and the self-serve kiosk. It's continuously an easy process. Staff are always professional.

Came in early afternoon, was greeted by the manger Krystal the second I walked in. She is Very respectful and professional, she goes out of her way to make sure everything is understood before you leave. 5 out 5 starts definitely will be back

I came to the store with a neighbor, who is older, I myself partially disabled.Uncertain how to do this , Crystal happened to be helping another customer outside; which we called her to see if she could help.After helping the other customer, she proceeded to help with a 15 pound box to return back .Along with that my neighbor as well needed help with her return.She helped with accessing the site needed to process everything.I'm very happy with Crystal's courtesy n willingness to help both of us.I've used this store few times without any glitches .I look forward in the future to continue using the store for my needs.It's was a most pleasurable experience along with her pretty fingernails.Keep up the good training along with hiring these employees.

I don't know what people are talking about. I have never had a bad experience at this store. The staff have always been excellent. The self service Amazon return makes life alot easier.

Very disappointing experience: my order was not completed on time and I was asked to come back the next day. I called the next morning to ensure my order was complete, which I was assured over the phone that it was, but upon arriving to the store it was not finished printing. Upon printing completion I was given the loose papers in a box, and when I asked for the binding and plastic covers I ordered and paid for to be added I was told they did not have the binding I purchased. I waited for 90 minutes for my order to be bound with an incorrect binding, without the plastic covers which I paid for, and then after I waited the owner, Dave, let me know I could have had it tape bound in 15 minutes instead. When I returned to the store later to have the print job corrected the owner argued about specifics and claimed I chose a coil binding, which was incorrect because I knew it would not fit. It’s no big deal, but frustrating it was argued over and I was called a liar. Upon this conversation with the owner to get the printing and binding corrected, I found the owner to be condescending toward me as a woman, I was shushed and told not to get upset. With this being my third visit to the store for basic printing I believe I was within reason to be cross. It was also uncomfortable to watch the owners young daughters (under 10) handling my materials which were an adult romance fantasy book including adult themes. I completely understand it’s around Christmas time, and I never want to be anything other than kind and patient. This was very frustrating.

Those working at UPS need adequate visuospatual skills, deductive reasoning, general math and geometry skills in order to make appropriate packing recommendations, keep costs manageable for customers and provide excellent service. They also need understanding of the shipping process and adequate communication and customer service skills. Managers need to step in if an employee is failing at any of the above. Unless the manager/owner wants to make extra money by allowing errors such as employees calculating the need for larger boxes than necessary...which cause shipping to double. Also, kiosks that do not allow scanning of codes...which then need customers to pay an extra 5 dollars in order to email info to the store so they can print the label. AVOID this location at all costs...to your pocketbook. Go to Valpo. They gave an accurate estimate over the phone, gave recommendations, which saved me 75% from what Chesterton was going to charge me. Totally unbelievable experience! I usually avoid Google reviews, but this was ungodly.I wish I could post a photo of my box contents taking up 1/3 of the space in the box the employee said would barely hold the contents...AVOID!!!!

Jay and Destiny went the extra mile to help me ship some artwork that belonged to my deceased parents. They tried many possible options until they were able to find a safe solution to get them from Chesterton to Houston! Thanks Jay and Destiny for your patience and efforts???
