I purchased a new starter for a verified bad one. Installed the new one and it started the truck once then didn’t want to engage the starter after multiple attempts. New batteries and confirm good ground and trigger voltage. Likely an issue with solenoid or armature. Called the owner and made sure to verify I checked the truck side before saying a part is likely bad. He was very understanding and offered another new one. He was very understanding and polite. A lot of people probably think a component is bad and go through multiples thinking he’s selling junk but don’t know how the system works. This business has been around since my grandfather built hot rods and always used his products. Give him a chance! Also pay a trusted mechanic if you’re not sure on what needs to be done and make a starter or alternator operate properly! A lot of bad cables and batteries causing comebacks.

Very rude and arrogant! $30 to do a 2 minute test on an alternator that nobody else charges for. I was told not to go here and I should have listened.

Very rude and unprofessional was billed double for a starter, $15.00 to switch a bracket which took 2 mins then was told we would have to pay an additional 3%to use our debit card. Avoid this place at all cost!!! So much for service , it's true there really aren't any good people left out there.Service: Electrical

Called this company to rebuild our alternator and he states that they do indeed rebuild them. He asked what was going on and I told him about an issue with our warranty that made us decide to fix it ourselves. He seemed very rude and unprofessional before telling me he wouldn’t do it. I have never had someone tell me they wouldn’t perform the services that their business is in business for. I will never use them or go to them in the future ever.
