The people are awesome. Their customer service has been exceptional all the way through. I had to make changes to my original plans on how many animals that I was bringing and they were very accommodating and understanding. Their drop off area is very well set up and a breeze to use. Holding pens are clean and easy to get to with an easy way in and out.

Store was clean and bright but, had a variety of pickled eggs on their website, clerk said “ I don’t think we carry them anymore” They didn’t have a variety of cheese also shown on their website . I ask if they have chicken livers and got a “ I haven’t seen any”. Won’t make the drive from Fort Wayne again.

All around pretty disappointed with their customer service and attention to detail. When processing our home-grown hogs they forgot to write down some basic requests on how to cure the ham and bacon. Then they refused to fix the problem (well, after a couple of calls they added a sticky note to paperwork they forgot to give us - they offered to charge us more to fix their error). Later we found they did some really strange cuts without asking. We have about 40lbs of pork that we’re struggling to even use.If they make this many mistakes that we can see I’m concerned with other mistakes or shortcuts we can’t see.

I won't be going back.

We started getting beef processed from here a few years ago. They've generally been able to get us in when we needed it and all of the employees are super friendly and helpful. Their packaging is so good that nothing ever gets freezer burnt and meat tastes as good all year long as the day it was picked up.

We love Integrity Meats! We started shopping there a few years ago and It has spoiled our taste buds ???? Whenever I am in a pinch and have to buy meat from the grocery store I realize how good Integrity Meats really is! And supporting local businesses is always a plus.Also they have switched to vacuum sealing there meats. It has made it so easy to thaw the meat quickly for a fast meal!
