As a first time buyer, I went in with a lot of questions. I ended up talking to 3 different people throughout my visit. All were polite and very helpful. I went in there with an issue with my golf cart and they went over and above to make sure it was taken care of and I was satisfied. I truly recommend them. They sent me out the door with a clean well running cart.
