“Our 3 year-old takes the sweet peas class on Tuesdays at 12:10. This is her first experience with gymnastics and she absolutely loves it! Her coach is phenomenal with the littles, giving them some freedom to explore their boundaries while making sure they are always improving their form and being safe. We're lucky to have her teaching our littlest!”

“Not to be cheesy, but PACE IS THE PLACE! The trainers are amazing on every level and there’s such a fun energy that makes you want to work harder! They are extremely knowledgeable and are constantly educating themselves to stay ahead and bring new training techniques to the clients to keep things fresh, fun and effective. They are accommodating to every level of fitness and every stage (and age) of life. I personally was a college athlete and have trained this way my entire life and continue to even now after having 2 babies. Justin started training me when my first son was 7 months old, through my second pregnancy, and postpartum as well. He knew exactly how to modify exercises based on where I was at physically to help me stay in shape during pregnancy, how to slowly and safely ease me back into working out postpartum, and how to push me to achieve my goals of getting back to prepregnancy shape. On days where I was unable to get a babysitter they allowed my sons to be in a stroller with me while I worked out so that I could still get my training in (huge Mommy win that also left me with no excuses to skip sessions). When my family came to visit, my parents both came to workout with me (they are both 58 years old) and they loved every second of it even though we were exhausted afterwards! The environment at PACE is always inviting, full of great music that motivates you to push through your workouts, and leaves you feeling accomplished, even after a hard day! If you’re tired of the same old monotonous stuff and are ready to reach your fitness goals, and be pushed out of your comfort zone, look no further! PACE really is the place to go!”

“It is approaching one year that my son KJ has been training with Anthony as a QB and with both Anthony and Kyle in the speed and agility as well as the strength and conditioning groups. The strides he has made not only athletically but also mentally towards becoming the best athlete he can be as well as the most prepared QB he can be have been tremendous. A hard working yet fun environment is something I see every time he attends. The competition level drives each of them to work harder and make themselves better, yet I see friendships develop at the same time. Watching many kids from multiple schools working hard to make themselves better, make this place an environment I would recommend to any parent looking for a place to help their child reach their full potential as an athlete.”

“Who do you give the first hour of your day to?? I have learned that giving the beginning of my day to my health is the very best way to start each day! After my 34 minute HIIT workout at Tytan Impact Mon - Fri, I am ready for whatever comes my way because I feel mentally and physically GREAT! I have been working with Jerome for about a year and a half. While he has been my trainer during this time, once he opened his own gym and created his own workout plan, it has been amazing how my body has been changing over the past few months! The results are real and I have never felt better!! He also provides guidance and suggestions on nutrition which are beneficial as well! Another great benefit at Tytan Impact is that he is open from 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM, and you can arrive on your schedule and start the 34 minute workout, after your warm-up! You don't have to fit your schedule to what works for the gym. I know of no other gym that provides this level of flexibility! The workouts are real, they are challenging, and Jerome coaches and encourages us thru them every day! I can't imagine starting my day any other way! I am thankful and grateful that Jerome opened his own gym and I am blessed to get to improve my health thru his HIIT program! Cheers to Health! (cause without it nothing else matters)”

“The time has come (better late than never) for me to get into better shape. I treated my body like a trash receptacle for far too long and my work out efforts were average at best and it shows. I always despised going to the gym, but I needed accountability and kick in the butt. I signed up for personal training with Survival Fitness and it is best thing I have done. I cannot remember a time when I looked forward to going to the gym. My personal training sessions are with Josh, I am enjoying the challenge, and I am always looking forward to my next session. If Survival Fitness was able to turn this fat guy from hate going to the gym, to looking forward to the next session, I recommend stopping by and take the next step to changing your life.”

“I love the Westfield location! Just like most Anytime Fitness locations I've been to, they seem to find the perfect balance of having all the equipment you need without being too large. It's also not "super busy" (even a peak times) compared to what you'd see at a "mega gym" on any given afternoon/evening.”

“My son has played on a GPS team and a Primetime team at PAC. I really can't say enough about the coaching I've seen while playing Primetime! If I were basing my review on that along I would give it 5+ stars. The Primetime coaches are not father-coaches like most GPS teams so you don't see the favouritism you usually see with that scenario. They are young coaches that have a very discernable passion for not only the game but the development of the kids as well. Again, I really can't say enough about the coaching staff at PAC. I also can't say enough about the facility, it's amazing!”

“I love this gym not only for the east location, not a ton of people and everything you need but also the employees. There was a dude going into the women’s locker room framing it as an accident and following me, a young woman around the gym. The younger front desk employee wasted no time telling the patron he wasn’t allowed back and that this was not acceptable behavior. I feel so safe here! The patrons are also protective and respectful”

“Small but good enough to get a decent workout in when you’re in a hurry. 2 squat racks, 1 smith, 1 leg press, plate loaded incline press, and plenty of cables. Full set of pin iso-load machines. You get enough equipment to safely overload a muscle group w/o having a spot, which honestly, is more than I’ve seen at gyms that say they have enough equipment and charge over $20 for a day pass. Here, your day pass will set you back $10. Cheers.”

“When I'm on military leave and im back home visiting family its always difficult finding a gym that'll working with my shirt time frame. Usually I'm only visiting for up to 10 days, a monthly or yearly contract doesn't make sense. Ted killed it and was able to work with me to get all of my gym needs meet. Thanks again for the help, I definitely appreciate it!”
