The "diverse" Gen x'ers they hire, like most stores do, have minimal social skills, struggle with problem solving, and their brains move about as fast as my pet turtle. Really. They look at the counter when talking to you. Weird. What is going on in our schools (Screwools)?
Having said that, they provide a good product and a good price and I will still go there”

“Ella Community Pharmacy is such a breath of fresh air in this world of mega-pharmacies that are also convenience stores, photo processing labs, and any number of other things. The neighborhood i grew up in had a small community pharmacy and Ella is cut from that mold.
They are fast, friendly, and super convenient. We LOVE the pill-pack service for my mom who needs to keep a complex schedule of morning and evening medications straight. Ella Pharmacy takes all that confusion out of it by packaging her medications in small pouches, individually labeled for a specific date and whether it's a morning or evening pack. Such a blessing to have that service available. And they deliver!
All that and they have a really nice wine and whiskey selection (some local and hard to find items!). Not kidding. Its great!
Anyway, highly recommend.”
“Genoa is one of the best pharmacies I’ve used. They mail your prescription for you free of charge. They have LITERALLY saved my life by saving a discount card for my medicine that gets me a month supply for free which when I needed a quick refill, CVS said my insurance was charging me $1.6K a month for. Also every time I call, Erica is always so nice and helpful. Cannot recommend enough and the mailed prescriptions make it easy.”

Before leaving this review I scimed through previous reviews and wondered on the few negative, are they talking about the right location? Thow I cant speek for 5 years ago I can for the last 4 there are 2 other locations that are closer to me, but not even close to the service. The staff at this location deserves an Amen. “I switched to this pharmacy about 6 months ago after dealing with issues at Meijer pharmacy. I recently forgot to pickup my medicine before leaving for vacation, I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist Neil went above and beyond to get my medication sent to a location that I could pick it up. I even gave him a bad pharmacy location and number and he took it up on himself to find the next closest one for me while I was flying and couldn’t be contacted. This is just one example of their great customer service. They are always are so helpful!”
“To busy. We never shop in Carmel. Everything is cramed together, and parking is awful. Lot of good shops, but I will go somewhere else next time. Walmart should never be in a small stripe area with all those little stores.”

“I was second in line at customer service, but the one woman handling returns had a guest returning several items… before I knew it, there were eight people in line! Enter: Sean! Like Superman who came over and helped restore order.
Sean welcomed me with his beautiful blue eyes and shaky hands and helped me make a return without the receipt.
He told me that I needed to leave… But once he noticed the tears in my eyes, he asked if I remembered the date of the purchase, which I did, and he was able to scan the barcode and track down the item. What a close call!
Sean followed all the Walmart policies very adherently, and would not accept my passport picture on my phone… He handed me back my item and told me I needed to leave… Even though all I wanted was a simple exchange pop up but nothing he suggested I check my purse for my passport and guess what it was there!
What a smart man he is! Sean gave me a store credit. I was able to find the hairdryer on discount sale and buy a couple other items without paying any extra money!
I noticed Sean was a coach at Walmart, which made me feel warm inside, knowing that someone as helpful and stringent as Sean was training other employees.
I look forward to my next amazing Walmart experience and I really hope I get to see Sean’s smile again.”

“On two separate days I spoke with a male pharmacist at the Walgreens 146th St and Gray Rd, Westfield, Indiana, who both times went above an beyond to help me get a drug that I needed badly for a possibly-infected eye. I didn't get his name, which I regret now. And, when he told me that it was the manufacturer who said the drug was unavailable, he apologized as if he were the cause. The review lets me give 5 stars; this man deserves 10. Thanks again.”

The service provided by the staff at pick-up and checkout is consistently excellent, making what is often a chore into a pleasant interaction. Even if I were given the option to visit a different CVS, I honestly cannot think of a single reason to go anywhere else. This team sets the gold standard for retail customer service!”

I have been coming here for 4+ years, numerous times a month. Typically pretty quick service. The technician is helpful and friendly.
