Everyone is very nice and pleasant but getting to actually speak to a pharmacist on the phone is nearly impossible. The amount of prompts is way too high. The option to talk to a human should be available

Folks working the pharmacy were not very nice/compassionate, was trying to drop off drugs from my mom that had passed away.
